I do not Support Anna Hazare I do not support Janlokpal Bill – A publicity Stunt by selfish or very talented Indians.

I do not Support Anna Hazare I do not support Janlokpal Bill – A publicity Stunt by selfish or very talented Indians.

I read many articles against the Janlokpal Bill and Anna Hazare which say that
I do not support Anna Hazare and Janlokpal Bill.

And comedy is that in all those articles they do not talk anything law related or Janlokpal Bill law related.

They just say I do not like the way Anna acts anybody can do it.

Then my question is what happened with Ramdev Baba?

For Ganga cleaning one Sadhu died in hospital no one cared for him including media as well as government?

Why don’t you write about that?

For me if you do not oppose the Janlokpal Bill by given another good Lokpal bill then I will say you are just writing for the cause of Publicity.

When you oppose Janlokpal Bill give the facts and talk about the law?

Do you know India got Right to information act when Anna Hazare went on the fast for more than 12 days then India got the Right to information act?

If Government of India is not ready to pass the laws then what I should do as an Indian citizen?

Please if you know the answer let me know.

We should vote and elect good candidates my question is my dear Indians what should I do when all the candidates on Ballot paper are not eligible?

One more Point be educated every elected Candidate MPs has to obey his Party leadership or remote control , thus a Honest Member of Parliament has to say I do not support the Janlokpal Bill law.

People like you who oppose Janlokpal Bill without any reasoning based on facts India is not getting good Janlokpal Bill.

So do not oppose Janlokpal Bill for Publicity stunt you got many things using which you can get free publicity.

Just go and say I will become nude if India wins match and you will become the Hero of media and villain of all parties who are against freedom and democracy.

Never ever oppose good laws, made by anyone for the benefit of India.

If you Support M. Gandhi then I think you should support the method of Anna Hazare and everyone can not get the Support which Anna Got.

Method of Anna Hazare is wrong?
Method adopted by Anna Hazare is 100% right as we do not want violence.
An eye for an eye will make everyone blind.

Remembering History = Poona Pact or Pune Pact
24 September 1932 –
Poona pact was an agreement between Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi.
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar represented lower caste people of India.
The Poona Pact – Location – Yerawada Jail in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Round Table Conferences in 1930-32 – British Government invited various leaders to draft the constitution for the self rule of India.
The concept of separate electorates for the Untouchables was raised by Dr. Ambedkar. Similar provisions were already available for other minorities, including Muslims, Christians, Anglo-Indians and Sikhs.

The British government agreed with Ambedkar's contention, and British Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald's Communal Award to the "depressed classes" was to be incorporated into the constitution for governance of British India.

Gandhi strongly opposed it on the grounds that it would disintegrate Hindu society.

Gandhi began an indefinite hunger strike at Yerawada Jail from September 20, 1932 to protest this Award.

As Gandhi's health worsened, Dr.Ambedkar was under tremendous pressure to save the life of Mahatma Gandhi.

Dr. Ambedkar feared that Gandhi will die due to his fast thus A compromise, the Poona Pact, made between the leaders of caste Hindus and Dr. Ambedkar, was reached on September 24, 1932.

The text uses the term "Depressed Classes" to denote Untouchables who were later called Scheduled Castes under India Act 1935, and the later Indian Constitution of 1950. The Untouchables are now popularly known as Dalits.

Open your eyes and you can see many social activists died but no one cared for them they died for the cause but nothing changed.

People say Anna Hazare blackmailed Government?

Do you know Black mailing is crime then why Government is not filing case against Anna Hazare for Black Mailing government openly?

Please the British Democracy and their laws you will understand they are also changing their own methods.

Democracy means the government which serves its Population.
Government is the servant of its citizens in a democracy.

Now again people will say individual should change then automatically India will change?
Then why we need the laws and investigating agencies.

Let us say we are all becoming honest and we do not need any law and constitution.

Don’t ever make statements like fool.

I will decide that I will not pay bribe

Now I go to collage and say that Sir My kid got 75% please give him admission?
Collage says no.
Pay Bribe

What I should do?

Example No.2 –
I feel our roads should be clean and no one should spit on the road
Thus I decide that I will never spit on the road.
But when I go outside I see hundreds of people spitting on the road
Then what I should do?

Comedy is that people who are in USA and UK, Indian citizens they do not spit on American soil or British Soil but as soon as they land in Mumbai and Chennai they start to Spit on the Indian Soil.

Why?

The reason is Indian law system is failed to tackle every type of Problem.

We need the strong laws but we can not get the strong laws as rich corrupt people pay the money and see that Good laws are not passed in India.
This is one of the examples.
For spitting on Road fine Rs. 1 Lakh and make few Indians beggars and see automatically every Indian will stop spitting on the road.

Give the Death Punishment to Few Bribe Takers and see that everyone will be afraid of taking bribe.

Situation in India is

If you will do not do Corruption
You will remain beggar
You may go to Jail
More the Corruption you will do
More the respect you will get
More the law agencies will obey you and fear you
As you will be friend of Politicians

Do you think Without Agitation we will get the right, right to reject the candidate on ballot paper?

I do not think once again Anna has to go on hunger strike for this.

If you think it’s simple then go on fast I am sure you will get the danda on your back side and you will run away from Ramlila Maidan.

Electoral Reforms Right to Recall and Right to Reject next agenda of Anna Hazare

Electoral Reforms Right to Recall and Right to Reject next agenda of Anna Hazare
On August 16 Anna Hazare began his fast.

After 12 days of fast Anna Hazare ended his fast after government agreed and accepted 3 demands of Anna.

He took coconut water mixed with honey from two little girls
Simran and Ikrah at 10:20 am to the dais at the Ramlila Ground to break his fast.

Anna told to Indian citizens and his supporters on Ramlila Maidan that "I have only suspended my agitation. I will not rest until all the changes that I look to are achieved,"

Anna also said that now he will take up the agenda and that is electoral Reforms.

1. Right to Recall – For elected MPs – Recall their MPs in case they failed to perform their duties.

2. Right to Reject - will be a column in the ballot paper which will give right to voter to say that he does not like the listed candidates.

Anna said that we need to reform our electoral system.
He said that voter should get the right to reject the candidate in the ballot paper.
"If majority say they do not like any of the candidates in the fray, the election should be cancelled. How much money they (candidates) will distribute? Once the candidate spends Rs. 10 crore for one election and if the election is cancelled, then right sense will dawn upon them,"

After addressing the supporters Anna left Ramlila Maidan and reached the Medanta Medicity hospital in Gurgaon.

Anna has not eaten in last 12 days and he lost 7.5 Kgs.

Land Scam – FIR against Former CM Ashok Chavan , State Education Minister Rajendra Darda, and MP Vijay Darda

Land Scam – FIR against Former CM Ashok Chavan , State Education Minister Rajendra Darda, and MP Vijay Darda

Maharashtra -
On Sunday Yavatmal city police lodged a First Information Report [ FIR ] against 16 persons which includes former Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan, state education minister Rajendra Darda and MP Vijay Darda in connection with an alleged land scam.

Last Week Judicial Magistrate First Class Yavatmal K S Kulkarni directed police to register an offence after hearing a petition filed by one Digambar Pajaade.

The complainant in his complaint said that two plots admeasuring 76,172 sq feet and 59,000 sq feet meant for open space in Darda Nagar Society in the district were illegally occupied by the Jawaharlal Darda Education Society, with the connivance the Wadgaon Gram Panchayat officials, under the influence of the Dardas.

Thereafter, the trust constructed and ran a school and a junior college on the plot.

The complainant claimed that Rajya Sabha member Vijay Darda channelised a sum of Rs 34.53 lakh from his MPLD fund for the construction of the buildings.

Pajgade further alleged that the Society later applied for permission to revise the originally approved layout plan for the plots, which was against the prevailing law. But flouting norms Chavan instructed the then Yavatmal Collector to approve the layout plan.

According to a police official, after recording the statement of Pajgade, the 16 accused were booked by Wadgaon Road Police Station under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Why Passing of Parliament Resolution not a victory but first Step towards getting a strong Lokpal Bill

Why Passing of Parliament Resolution not a victory but first Step towards getting a strong Lokpal Bill

Last few months world witnessed the non violent fight of Indian citizens with politicians regarding passing of a strong Lokpal Bill.

Anna Hazare started the fight and he got the huge support from Indian citizens who are tired of corruption.

Yesterday Indian Parliament passed the resolution accepting 3 demands of Anna Hazare so that he will end his fast.

We must remember that passing of resolution is not the passing of law.

We must keep the pressure on politicians so that they will pass the bill and before festival of Diwali President of India should sign that bill and Lokpal should become the reality.

Strong Lokpal is still a dream, but we Indian citizens have started marching towards that goal of getting the strong Lokpal Bill for the good future of India and future generations.

Government has just accepted the 3 demands not the entire Janlokpal Bill neither government withdrew its weak Lokpal bill which punished more for complaining about the corruption and punished little for doing indulging in corruption.

Pressure from Indian citizens compelled the parliament to pass the resolution as nothing is wrong those demands.

Following is the text of resolution passed by the Indian Parliament.

This House agrees in principle on the following issues for a strong and effective lok pal.

1- All government departments to have citizen's charter with timeline.

2 - Employees of centre and state governments to be brought under purview of Lokpal and Lokayuktas respectively. Lower bureaucracy to be under lok pal through an appropriate mechanism

3 - Establishment of lok ayukts in the states. An effective Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayuktas in states be set up.

And further resolves to forward the proceedings of the house to the related Standing Committee for its perusal while finalizing its report.

It’s good that Indian Parliament passed the resolution respecting the will of Indian citizens.

Now today that is Sunday 10.00 AM Anna will break his fast.

Now the important question is Anna should return to Maharashtra or he should stay in Delhi or Ramlila Maidan?
Government has not given in writing on which date or in how many months or days the strong Lokpal Bill will become the reality in India.

Let us hope Anna Hazare and Indian citizens do not need to fight 3rd time again for the cause of strong Lokpal bill.

A Lokpal bill which will send corrupt to 100 years of imprisonment with no pardon and bail

A Lokpal bill which will create a fear in the minds of government officers and politicians who indulge in corruption or who delay the legal work of poor Indian citizens to just get the bribe to do a legal job.

The sad story about India is that we have to pay a bribe to do a legal work.

Remember war is not over its just begun

Today Parliament passed the resolution after discussion in parliament.
Both Houses of Parliament on Saturday passed a resolution conveying the sense of the House on the Lokpal Bill.

Pranab Mukherjee moved a resolution after that Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha passed a resolution conveying the sense of the House on the Lokpal Bill.

After the passage of the Lokpal resolution in Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha also passed the resolution.

After the passing of resolution Speaker Meira Kumar adjourned the Lok Sabha till Monday.

The resolution was passed by "Thumping of the desk.
Thumping of the desk is same like voice vote or we can say it’s equal to voice vote.

Union minister Vilasrao Deshmukh visited Ramlila Maidan with a copy of Lokpal resolution and a letter from PM Manmohan Singh.

Kiran Bedi twitted that Anna does not break his fast after sunset.
Anna Hazare will break his fast at 10 am on Sunday.

Diamond Planet found orbiting a Pulsar by team of scientist

Diamond Planet found orbiting a Pulsar by team of scientist

An international team of scientists reported in Journal Science that they have found a planet entirely made of diamonds. Scientist reported that they have unearthed a once-massive star in the Milky Way that has been transformed into a small planet made of the precious rock.

An international team of scientists from Australia, Italy, Germany, Britain and the US -- first found an unusual star, called a pulsar, and followed up their discovery using a telescope based in an observatory in Cheshire.

It led the scientists to discover the gravitational pull of a small companion planet orbiting the pulsar.

Pulsars are small spinning stars more than ten miles in diameter the size of a small city that emit a beam of radio waves.

The companion planet is small; at less than 40,000 miles wide about five times the diameter of Earth.

The researchers think that the “diamond planet" is all that remains of the original star, most of whose matter was siphoned off towards the pulsar.

research team member Dr Michael Keith of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization in Australia said that This remnant is likely to be largely carbon and oxygen, because a star made of lighter elements like hydrogen and helium would be too big to fit the measured orbiting times,"

This dead remnant of a star glows red like a hot ember, and is spinning 173 times per second, emitting powerful radio beams that sweep across the sky as it rotates.

A closer look reveals it to be an orb with the mass of Jupiter and about half as wide. Sensors indicate it's made of – wait, this can't be right – diamond! Your instruments don't lie. You've just stumbled upon a 1031-carat diamond.

Watch the video – Diamond Planet found orbiting a Pulsar

The team also calculated that the distance between the pulsar and its planetary companion is approximately 600,000 kilometres, 1.5 times the distance between the Earth and the Moon.

Both are located 4000 light years away in the constellation of Sepens (the snake), one eighth of the distance to the centre of our galaxy.

According to van Straten, the Parkes telescope was used for the survey because it can scan the sky 13 times faster than "your average telescope".

This is only the second time a planetary mass has been found orbiting a pulsar. The first planetary system outside of our solar system was discovered around a pulsar in 1992.

The international research team led by Matthew Bailes of the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne published its findings in the journal Science.

Co-investigator Willem van Straten, also at Swinburne, said that this millisecond pulsar (MSP), so named because it rotates thousands of times per second, was detected in the Milky Way galaxy by the Parkes radio telescope.

He added that pulsars have a strong gravitational field and are about the size of a small city, 20 kilometres in diameter.

"If you were to squash a 13-metre cube of steel down into a teaspoon — this is the density of a pulsar."

As pulsars spin, they emit a regular, clock-work radio beam — similar the light from lighthouse. Tiny fluctuations in the radio signals from the pulsar, known as PSR J1719-1438, suggested something was pulling on it.

Further information about the pulsar was collected by two other radio telescopes, one in England and the other in Hawaii. This revealed that a small companion planet is orbiting the pulsar every 2.2 hours.

Now in future I am sure we humans will bring that diamond on earth, may be we humans will fight who will the owner of that diamond and what will be the selling price of that diamond.

Understanding Matter What is Matter?

Understanding Matter What is Matter?
Some common textbook definitions of matter are:
Matter is anything that takes up space and has mass.
Matter has mass and volume.
According to modern physics, matter consists of various types of particles, each with mass and size.

Matter, matter everywhere.
There's matter in your hair.
Matter in the air.
There's even matter in a pear!
There's liquid matter, solid matter, and matter that's a gas.
Even you are matter, because you have volume and mass!

The most familiar examples of material particles are the electron, the proton and the neutron. of these particles form atoms.

There are more than 100 different kinds of atoms, each kind constituting a unique chemical element.

A combination of atoms forms a molecule. Atoms and/or molecules can join together to form a compound.

Matter can exist in several states, also called phases. The three most common states are known as solid, liquid and gas.

A single element or compound of matter might exist in more than one of the three states, depending on the temperature and pressure.

Less familiar states of matter include plasma, foam and Bose-Einstein condensate. These states occur under special conditions.

Different kinds of matter can combine to form substances that may not resemble any of the original ingredients.

For example, hydrogen (a gaseous element) and oxygen (another gaseous element) combine to form water (a liquid compound at room temperature).

The process of such combination is called a chemical reaction.
A chemical reaction involves interactions between the electrons of the atoms, but does not affect the nuclei of the atoms.

In some situations, matter is converted into energy by atomic reactions, also known as nuclear reactions.
This type of reaction is fundamentally different from the chemical reaction because it involves changes in the nuclei of atoms.

The most common example of an atomic reaction is the hydrogen fusion that occurs inside the sun.

The immense pressure inside the sun, and inside other stars, forces atoms of hydrogen together to form atoms of helium.

In this process, some of the mass is converted to energy according to the formula

E = mc 2

where E is the energy in joules,
m is the mass in kilograms,
and c is the speed of light, which is approximately 2.99792 x 10 8 meters per second in a vacuum.

In beginning scientists thought that the atom was the smallest piece of matter.
At that time, the atom was thought to be the building block of matter.

In 1911, a scientist named Ernest Rutherford discovered that atoms are really made of a positively charged center called the nucleus orbited by negatively charged particles called
Electrons

In 1932, scientists discovered that the nucleus of an atom is made of smaller particles called protons and neutrons

Protons carry a positive charge while neutrons have no charge at all.

Protons and neutrons are each called nucleons since they are found in the nucleus. When they were discovered, scientists thought they were the smallest piece of matter

Scientists know that opposite charges attract and like charges repel, so they wondered why the protons in the nucleus didn’t fly apart.

They found the answer in 1947 when they discovered other particles that they named mesons.
Mesons hold the protons and neutrons together to form the nucleus.

As scientists did more experiments, they began to realize that there was something funny about protons and neutrons.

In 1968 they discovered that protons and neutrons are made up of
smaller particles they called quarks. Scientists discovered six different types of quarks: Up, Down, Strange, Charm, Top and Bottom.

Protons have two Up quarks and one Down quark while neutrons have two Down quarks and one Up quark. Quarks are held to each other by particles scientists called gluons

Today, we know that even protons and neutrons are not indivisible; they can be divided into quarks, while electrons are part of a particle family called leptons.

Both quarks and leptons are elementary particles, and are currently seen as being the fundamental constituents of matter.

Scientists used to think that atoms were the smallest bit of matter, but they discovered that it wasnt.

Do you think that the quark is the smallest piece of matter or do you think that there might be something smaller inside the quark?

The common definition of matter is anything that has both mass and volume (occupies space)
Matter is commonly said to exist in four states (or phases):
Solid, liquid, gas and plasma.
However, advances in experimental techniques have realized other phases, previously only theoretical constructs, such as Bose–Einstein condensates and fermionic condensates.
A focus on an elementary-particle view of matter also leads to new phases of matter, such as the quark–gluon plasma.

What is object?
All objects take up the space.
Your Television is taking space on table.
You are taking up space on the chair.

Objects have mass.

What is Mass?

Mass is how much there is of an object.
Mass is related to how much something weighs.

Mass and weight are two different things.
The unit for mass is a gram.
A nickel has the mass of about one gram.

Objects that take up space and have mass are called matter.

Everything around you is made up of matter.
Chocolate cake is made up of matter.
You are made of matter.

You can see matter makes up the walls of your home or your office or your classroom.
Matter is large and Matter is small.

Anything you see and can feel is made of atoms.

All atoms are too small to be seen with the naked eye or even a microscope, although there are some new types of microscopes that are now able to see larger atoms such as gold.

All matter is the same because all matter is made up of atoms.

Matter is also different because objects can be made up of different kinds of atoms.
Gold is made of one kind of atom-gold atoms.

Salt is made up of two different kinds of atoms-sodium atoms and chloride atoms.
You use your sense of taste and smell to tell the difference between spinach and an orange.

The measurement of mass and other characteristics that can be seen without changing how that object looks are its physical properties.

When you look at oranges, you know that they are oranges because of their color, shape, and smell. Mass, color, shape, volume, and density are some physical properties.

Density is an important physical property.
Density is the mass of a substance per unit volume.
Volume is the amount of space an object occupies.

Properties describe matter.

A block of wood, milk and air all have properties.
All the material on earth is in three states-solid, liquid, and gas.
The "state" of the matter refers to the group of matter with the same properties.
In other words, you group the objects together according to their properties.
examples of solids are the computer, the desk, and the floor.

Liquids –
Milk is a liquid.
Milk is liquid matter.
It has a size or volume.
Volume means it takes up space.
But milk doesn't have a definite shape.
It takes the shape of its container.

Gases –
You can't see oxygen. It's invisible. It is a gas. A gas is matter that has no shape or size of its own. Gases have no color.

Chemical properties-
These are properties that can only be observed by changing the identity of the substance. A piece of paper burns and turns to a black substance.
After the flame goes out you can no longer burn the new substance.
The chemical properties have been changed.

Matter is constantly changing. Ice in your soda melts, glass breaks, and paper is ripped. When ice in your soda melts where does it go? What does it become?

If you remember, ice is water in the solid state.
When you drop the ice cube into the liquid, it begins to melt because the temperature is higher than that of the ice cube.
The ice cube becomes liquid water.
This is an example of a physical change.
The solid water turned to liquid water.
It doesn't turn into soil or macaroni.
It remains water.
If it did change into soil or macaroni, your drink would taste terrible and you would have an example of a chemical change.

Chemical changes are changing substances into other substances.
A real example of a chemical change is spoiling milk or burning toast.
Milk needs to be in the refrigerator or else it will go bad.

If you've ever seen or smelled spoiled milk, it is not a pretty sight.
The milk gets a sour odor and becomes lumpy.

Unlike physical changes, you cannot reverse chemical changes.

You can melt ice to get water and freeze that water to get ice again.
You cannot make milk unspoiled.

Wind can be felt on your skin and you can see the wind move branches of trees. But wind itself it not matter. It is the movement of air, which itself is matter.

Electricity is similar.

You can see the result of electricity at work - a light bulb lighting up for example and you can feel electricity as an electric shock

But electricity is just the movement/flow of an electric charge - it is not matter itself. It is the movement of matter (electrons).

Sound is the result of air movement against your eardrum and not matter itself.
A flame or fire can also pose difficulties.

The smoke that rises up from the fire or flame contains vaporized gases and small particles and therefore contains matter.

But the fire and flame themselves, the light and heat emitted, are energy, not matter.

In recent years, scientists have confirmed the existence of a substance called antimatter.

The electron has an antiparticle twin called a positron, with equal mass but opposite electric charge.

Similarly, the proton has an antimatter twin called an antiproton, and the neutron has an antimatter twin called an antineutron.

If a particle of matter encounters its antiparticle, both are converted entirely to energy according to the above formula, where m is the combined mass of the particle and the antiparticle.

Small amounts of antimatter have been isolated in laboratory conditions, but no one has yet succeeded in creating a controlled a matter/antimatter reaction, or even an uncontrolled reaction of significant size.

The time has come now Supreme Court should struck down the section 144 declaring it illegal as section 144 is always used against peaceful moments and silencing honest citizens who want to protest peacefully.

Report 8th Day – Anna Hazare Janlokpal Bill and Government of India – Dialogue Started between Team Anna and Government

Report 8th Day – Anna Hazare Janlokpal Bill and Government of India – Dialogue Started between Team Anna and Government
On 8th day of the fast, after realizing the support of Indian population Prime Minister Manmohan Singh wrote a letter to Anna Hazare in a congress style, but the letter started the dialogue between civil society Team Anna and government.

Last 8 days everyone was thinking when Government will realize the necessity and invite the Team Anna for discussions regarding ending the fast of Anna Hazare and passing a strong Janlokpal Bill for the benefit of India and for the benefit of future generations.

On 8th day of fast the doctors who were examining Anna on day to day basis told the Anna Hazare that he should get himself admitted in Hospital and should get intravenous drip as his vital signs deteriorated.
Hazare has lost more than 5.5 kg since August 16.

After this Anna came on the stage and told all the supporters who are with him that
Doctors told me to take the dip, but his heart told him that you have given the heart to mother land and now do you fear to die for your mother land that is India.
He said that his doctors are very good but he will die for the nation but he wont take the dip or go to hospital.

Anna said that if Government sends anyone to pick him up and send him to Hospital you should stop them, do not allow them to take him forcefully.
And he also they should keep peace and should not indulge in violence.

He said that even if he died thousands of 'Anna Hazares' would take his place and ensure
that the fight for a corruption-free India continues.

team of doctors headed by Naresh Trehan had said in the afternoon that he had some problems in his kidney and that he should take some medicine.

Hazare said: "If something happens to me, the government will understand
Even if my kidney fails, there are many people here who will give theirs.
If one Anna dies, thousands of Annas' who will rise."

"I have given my heart and I am ready to give my life also,"

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh appointed Singh appointed Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee to mediate on behalf of the Government with Team Anna.

After that Team Anna members Arvind Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi and Prashant Bhushan met Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday evening to discuss and arrive at a consensus on the Lokpal issue.
At the meeting the Government was represented by Mukherjee, Union Law Minister
Salman Khurshid and Congress MP from East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, Sandeep
Dikshit

After meeting Team Anna members addressed the supporters of team Anna and told that
Still there are differences on 3 points between civil society and government.
Following are the 3 points on which both sides did not agree.
1. lower bureaucracy should come under the ambit of the Lokpal
2. every state should have its own Lokpal
3. there should be a Citizen's Charter

Arvind Kejriwal told that Government should recall their version of the Lokpal Bill from Parliament or let it lapse.
Prime Minister's letter said that Jan Lokpal Bill be given to Standing Committee. This is
not acceptable to us.

Following are the 2 points on Team Anna and Government agreed.
1. Lokpal carrying out anti-corruption investigations
2. Government did not raise any objection to bringing the Prime Minister under its ambit

Team Anna Members said that government has agreed that the anti-corruption wing of CBI will be under Lokpal and the corrupt acts of members of Parliament will be covered by the Lokpal even if it was in pursuance of a vote cast or speech made in Parliament which is now protected under Article 105.

Please remember that Article 105 does not give MPS a right to do corruption or take bribe and vote and speak.

On the other side Government called another meeting of senior congress leaders.
After that meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh called the meeting and his senior congress party members where Mukherjee and Khurshid briefed them on the negotiations.

I hope Government will speed up their negotiations as life of Anna is precious for India.

Support Janlokpal Bill.

23 August 2011

Read the letter written by Prime Minister to Anna Hazare – 8th day of fast for the benefit of India

Read the letter written by Prime Minister to Anna Hazare – 8th day of fast for the benefit of India

Today is the 8th day of fast of the Anna Hazare, he is not fasting for own benefits neither for his caste or religion, he is fighting for the cause of corruption which has destroyed the life of all the Indians.

Now Prime Minister has written the letter to Anna Hazare regarding Janlokpal Bill and his fast.

Following is text of the letter written by Prime Minister to Anna Hazare –

Over the last few days, I have watched with increasing concern the state of your health. Despite the differences between the Government and your team, I do not think that anybody is or should be in any doubt about the deep and abiding concern which I and our Government share about your health, arising from your continuing fast. I have no hesitation in saying that we need your views and actions in the service of the nation, from a robust physical condition and not in the context of frail or failing health.

I have maintained that your and our object is identical viz. to reduce significantly, if not eliminate, the scourge of corruption from this country. At worst, our paths and methodologies may differ, though I do believe that even those differences have been exaggerated. The Government is committed to passing a constitutionally valid and the best possible Lok Pal legislation with inputs from Civil Society with the broadest possible consensus. We are ready to talk to anybody. However, we will have to keep in mind Parliamentary supremacy and constitutional obligations in matters of legislation. As a Government we respect and are responsible to the Will of the Indian People as represented by Parliament.

As you are aware, the Lok Pal bill is now before a Standing Committee of Parliament. I have made it clear earlier and would like to restate that all options are open before the Standing Committee. Undoubtedly, they would be entitled to consider, in detail and clause by clause, subject to their discretion, not only the Bill introduced by us but the Jan Lokpal Bill and other versions like those prepared by Ms. Aruna Roy. Equally, I do maintain that they are fully entitled to make any changes to the Bill introduced by the Govt. and referred to them. In that view of the matter, the formal non introduction of the Jan Lokpal Bill version by the government is irrelevant and would largely boil down to a semantic debate.

Nevertheless, in view of the concern repeatedly expressed by your team that the Jan Lokpal Bill version should be before Parliament, but more particularly and more importantly, in view of my deep and abiding concern for your health, our government is prepared to request the Speaker, Lok Sabha to formally refer the Jan Lokpal Bill also to the Standing Committee for their holistic consideration alongwith everything else. Furthermore, if you have any anxieties about time and speed, the Government can formally request the Standing Committee to try, subject to its discretion and the necessity to reflect deeply and spend adequate time on an important Bill, and fast track their deliberations to the extent reasonably feasible.

I would like to say that this letter and each suggestion herein is actuated solely by the twin considerations of deep and genuine concern about your health and the emergence of a strong and effective Lok Pal Act in accordance with established constitutional precept and practice.

I do hope that you will consider my suggestions and end your fast to regain full health and vitality.

DMK MP Kanimozhi to call PM Manmohan, P Chidambaram as a witness in 2G scam –

DMK MP Kanimozhi to call PM Manmohan, P Chidambaram as a witness in 2G scam –
Advocate Sushil Kumar is representing the 2G scam accused A. Raja and DMK MP and 2G accused Kanimozhi.

Before the CBI Court DMK MP Kanimozhi told to Delhi Court that CBI didn't take sanction from the Rajya Sabha to file a chargeseheet against her.
This is one of the reason we need Janlokpal Bill.

DMK MP Kanimozhi told to Delhi Court that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister P Chidambaram, who was then finance minister, knew that the spectrum will not be auctioned and that Mr Raja had decided to sold the licenses at rates determined in 2001.

Further the advocate Sushil Kumar told to Delhi Court that He will call Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister P Chidambaram, who was then finance minister to appear as a witness in this case if Kanimozhi is not discharged from this case.

advocate Sushil Kumar, appearing for Kanimozhi, told the Special CBI Judge O P Saini that "I am showing you (judge) the minutes of the meeting in which the Prime Minister, the then Finance Minister and the Telecom Minister decided that the licences for the 2G spectrum was not to be sold/auctioned,"

Further he said that The CAG report (of loss of Rs 1.76 lakh crore to the state) was laid before the House on November 16, 2010. It had not been adopted by the House.
The house has still not adopted the Report.

Where is the sale (of the licences)? Where is the cheating?

Advocate Sushil Kumar argued that "The sale of equities by Swan Telecom Pvt Ltd and Unitech Wireless (Tamil Nadu) Pvt Ltd (the two alleged beneficiaries of the scam) to foreign firms, Etisalat and Telenor, respectively were approved by the government. It was not the sale of the licences and hence there was no loss,"

He also trashed the computation of loss by the CBI and the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) saying they are "just notional loss" and cannot be a basis for prosecution of the accused.
He said that the case of the CBI is based on that the accused caused huge loss to the state exchequer by not auctioning the licences for the 2G spectrum.

He said that Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Telecom Minister all said that there was no loss.

As there is no loss then there is no cheating factor also, thus the Accused should be discharged from the case.

Another important point from this case we have to understand the necessity that the all the MPS should and their behavior in Parliament should come under the Lokpal Bill.
Including Prime Minister also.

Report 7th Day of fast Anna Hazare for Janlokpal Bill – I want our government should do overtime and give us Janlokpal Bill before 30th August

After 160 hours without food, Anna Hazare has lost five kilos.
Currently Anna is fit.

What’s the routine of Anna as he is on fast?

What’s the routine of Anna as he is on fast?
Anna wakes up at 6.30 am in a room which is behind the grand stage.
He takes about an hour to get ready. Shaving is a must.
After that for One hour is given for Writing,
At 10.00 Am he comes out on stage. And stays their until 9 PM.
Doctors check him every 3 hours.
A portable toilet is kept near his room.

On 7th day also Government did nothing, government is still thinking how to solve and give the Indian citizens the strict, strong Lokpal Bill.

On 7th day Anna made it clear that he will negotiate, talk only with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister's Officer or Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi.
He also added that he was ready to talk with Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan.

Anna supporters protested in front of the houses of Resource and Development Minister Kapil Sibal, Dikshit and L.K. Advani, Sanjay Nirupam, Priya Dutt etc

Media reported that Congress is now trying to talk with opposition parties to solve this problem.

But for me I just think this is the tactics of delaying the Janlokpal Bill and fight against corruption.

How can you eat and sleep when Millions of Indians do not get to eat daily twice because of corruption.

In last 42 Years what you did to remove corruption?

Do you want more 42 Years to pass this bill?

Now we do not want your sweet tongue, HAME KARNA HAI HUM WO KAR DENGE, GARBI HATA DEGE , CORRUPTION GHTA DEGE.

Last 64 years Indians are listening above language of politicians.

Above lines are in Hindi it means that we will do this, we will do that , we will remove poverty, and we will reduce corruption.

We do not want words, we want Action and we want you should do overtime and give us the strong Janlokpal Bill.

Right to Amend Constitution and Indian Parliament – Indian Constitutional Law Part 3

Right to Amend Constitution and Indian Parliament – Indian Constitutional Law Part 3
Abraham Lincoln said that democracy means a Government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Amendment –
Free dictionary defines amendment as follows -
1. The act of changing for the better; improvement
2. A correction or alteration, as in a manuscript.

Part XX of the Constitution of India deals with the Amendment of the Constitution.

Constitution of India gives right to parliament to amend the constitution.

Why it is necessary to amend constitution of India time to time?

The main reason is one can not see the difficulties which may come; to overcome those difficulties the makers of Indian constitution gave the right to amend constitution of India to our law makers, our elected politicians.

In other countries also their constitution provides the procedures how the constitution can be amended.

USA –
In U.S.A., amendment of the constitution may be proposed only by congress, with the approval of 2/3 of majority of both houses (congress and senate), or a convention summoned on an application from 2/3 of the members of both houses.
The proposed amendments must be ratified by at least ¾ of the total number of the state legislatures or by conventions in ¾ of the total numbers of the states.

Indian constitution also provides the procedure regarding how the constitution should be amended by Indian parliament.

Indian constitution makers did not make the procedure to amend constitution very difficult but procedure is not easy also.

According to constitution, parliament and state legislature in India have the power to make the laws within their respective jurisdiction.
This power is not absolute in nature.

The constitution vests in judiciary, the power to adjudicate upon the constitutional validity of all the laws.

If a laws made by parliament or state legislature violates any provision of the constitution, the Supreme Court has power to declare such a law invalid or ultra virus.
So the process of judicial scrutiny of legislative acts is called Judicial Review.

3 modes or Categories of Amending Indian Constitution –

Amendment by Simple Majority –
The amendment contemplated under Articles 5-11 (Citizenship), 169 (Abolition or
Creation of Legislative Councils in States) and 239-A (Creation of local Legislatures or Council of Ministers or both) of the Indian Constitution can be made by simple majority. These Articles are specifically excluded from the purview of the procedure prescribed under Article 368.

Amendment by Special Majority – Article 368
Articles which can be amended by special majority are laid down in Article 368.
Requirement - majority of total membership of each House of Parliament as well as 2/3rd of the members present and voting.
In case, ratification by state is required it has to be done before presenting it to the
President for his/her assent.

Article 368 says that Amendment to certain Articles requires special majority as well as ratification by states.

What is the meaning of ratification by state?
Ratification by states means that there has to be a resolution to that effect by one-half of the state legislatures.

Which Articles come under this?
1. Article 368 (power of the Parliament to amend the Constitution and procedure

2. Article 54 (Election of President)

3. Article 55 (Manner of election of President)

4. Article 73 (Extent of executive power of the Union)

5. Article 162 (Extent of executive power of State)

6. Article 124-147 (The Union Judiciary)

7. Article 214-231 (The High Courts in the States)

8. Article 241 (High Courts for Union Territories)

9. Article 245-255 (Distribution of Legislative powers)

Right to Amend Fundamental Rights and Indian Constitution –

Regarding this time to time Supreme Court of India has given excellent judgments
Following are the important cases regarding this
1. Shankari Prasad V. Union Of India (AIR 1951 SC 458) – First Amendment
2. Sajjan Singh V. State Of Rajasthan (AIR 1965 SC 845) – 17th Amendment
3. Golaknath V. State Of Punjab (AIR 1967 SC 1643)- 24th Amendment
4. Kesavananda Bharti V. State Of Kerela (AIR 1973 SC 1461)
5. Minerva Mills V. Union Of India (AIR 1980 SC 1789) -42nd Amendment Act, 1976 and Article 368
6. S. P. Sampath Kumar V. Union Of India (AIR 1987 SC 386)
7. L. Chandra Kumar V. Union Of India (AIR 1997 SC 1125)
8. Indira Gandhi v. Raj Narayan[

Indian Parliament amended the constitution of India and tried to get unlimited powers
Parliament added clauses (4) and (5) to Article 368, which gave unlimited powers to parliament that is to make the amending power of Parliament unlimited and to limit the judicial review over such amendments.
But this amendment was struck down by Supreme Court in
Minerva Mills Vs Union of India (1980) case.

Basic Structure of the Indian Constitution –

The Basic Structure doctrine applies only to the Constitutionality of amendments and not to ordinary Acts of Parliament.

Basic Structure and Supreme Court Judges –
How they defined the Basic Structure or what meant Basic Structure?

Chief Justice Sikri indicated that Basic structure is:
1. The supremacy of Constitution
2. The republican and democratic forms of government
3. The secular character of Constitution
4. Maintenance of separation of power
5. The federal character of the Constitution

Justices Shelat and Grover added another three:
1. The mandate to build a welfare state contained in the Directive Principles of State Policy
2. Maintenance of the unity and integrity of India
3. The sovereignty of the country

Justices Hegde and Mukherjea listed the following:
1. The Sovereignty of India
2. The unity of the country
3. The democratic character of the polity
4. Essential features of individual freedoms
5. The mandate to build a welfare state

Justice Jaganmohan Reddy referred the Preamble only:
1. A sovereign democratic republic
2. The provision of social, economic and political justice
3. Liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship
4. Equality of status and opportunity

Justice Y.V. Chandrachud listed four basic features which he considered unamendable:
1. Sovereign democratic republic status
2. Equality of status and opportunity of an individual
3. Secularism and freedom of conscience and religion
4. government of laws and not of men' i.e. the rule of law

In short Indian Parliament can not change the Constitution easily.
Now its established fact that all laws and constitutional amendments are now subject to judicial review and laws that try to change the basic structure are likely to be struck down by the Supreme Court.

Healthcare Obamacare $3,184,000 online advertisements spent by President Obama Administration –

Healthcare Obamacare $3,184,000 online advertisements spent by President Obama Administration –

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced that it obtained documents from the Obama Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) showing that the Obama White House helped coordinate a multimillion dollar taxpayer-funded campaign to use Internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo to drive web traffic to a government website promoting the Affordable Health Care Act (also known as Obamacare).

The expressed purpose of this campaign is to increase public support for the president’s health care overhaul among key Obama campaign demographics, specifically Hispanics, blacks, and women.

The 2,328 pages of records, obtained by Judicial Watch pursuant to a March 23, 2011, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit (Judicial Watch v. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 11-608)), include internal correspondence between officials at the HHS office of the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs (ASPA), as well as communications with representatives from The Ogilvy Group, the public relations firm hired by the Obama administration to manage the Obamacare campaign. The following are highlights from the documents:

The Obama HHS launched a campaign to track Internet searches and to use online search engines such as Google and Yahoo to drive traffic to a government website promoting Obama’s healthcare overhaul. Using “pay-per-click” advertising tools, such as Google Adwords, HHS purposely targeted for influence people searching the term “Obamacare,” a word that has been described as “disparaging” by political agents of the president. One HHS email details:

A few keyword groups continue to be top performers, and have subsequently driven most of the traffic to the campaign websites:
Affordable Care Act, including such terms as health care reform, government health insurance, Obamacare, and affordable care act.
Health Insurance Group, including terms as health insurance.
Health Care Group, including terms as health care.

While other keyword groups have not performed as well, and are not driving significant traffic to the campaign websites:
Health Insurance, Health insurance options, Medical Insurance, and Insurance companies

According to a budget summary prepared by Ogilvy, from October 2010 through February 2011, the Obama administration spent $1,435,009 on these online advertisements alone, including advertising campaigns with Google and Yahoo, almost $300,000 per month.

According to a December 10, 2010, email from Margo Gillman, Senior VP of Ogilvy Public Relations to Jenny Backus, the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs and the Principal Deputy for Strategy and Planning for HHS, the Obama White House was involved in coordinating the HHS propaganda campaign:

Just a quick note to see if you have any feedback/direction on how we should proceed with the radio and TV concepts that were presented a few weeks ago. You mentioned on our last call that you were planning to discuss them with the White House on either Friday or yesterday. We would appreciate any guidance that you can provide, so we can determine immediate next steps and a production schedule. Also, we are awaiting your feedback on the overarching strategic campaign plan.

Another HHS internal email dated December 1, 2010, from then-HHS official Jaime Mulligan to agency colleagues references the need to present recommendations to the White House regarding a number of components of the Obamacare campaign, including “a big guerilla campaign splash…” (Mulligan is currently the White House New Media Analyst for Public Health.)

A number of documents address the need to target the Obamacare propaganda campaign to Hispanics, blacks, and women. For example, according to an email from Chris Beakey, Vice President of Ogilvy PR Worldwide, to HHS officials on December 16, 2010, summarizing a conference call, “You want to utilize the bulk of their paid media efforts (which would include expenditures for Radio One and Univision) on media that reaches African Americans and Hispanics. The money will go farther and these audiences continue to be a top priority.” A January 18, 2011, email from Ogilvy to HHS New Media Communications Director Julia Eisman notes with respect to a Spanish banner ad campaign, “I realize we really can’t use the blond mom and child for this audience.”

An October 25, 2010, email from Julia Eisman to Imani Green, Senior Vice President and Director of Paid Media for Ogilvy Washington suggests changing the online advertising campaign to accommodate web traffic patterns caused by the mid-term elections: “Given the high performance, we’re wondering if we should we consider reallocating resources from the lesser performing words and put more $$ to ‘Obamacare’ - at least for the next 7 days,” she suggests.

In previous documents uncovered by Judicial Watch, HHS describes in detail the key to success of the propaganda campaign in a “Statement of Work” accompanying the agency’s Acquisition Plan: “Health and program-related messages are processed by the target audience according to a particular reality, which he or she experiences. Attitudes, feelings, values, needs, desires, behaviors and beliefs all play a part in the individual’s decision to accept information and make a behavioral change.” [Emphasis added.] These documents suggest the total cost of the Obamacare propaganda campaign could reach as much as $200 million.

“The Obama administration is using taxpayer dollars to manipulate public opinion regarding his socialist healthcare overhaul while also trying to get a leg up in the 2012 presidential campaign,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The American people should be disturbed that the Obama administration is using taxpayer funds to try to brainwash people simply searching the Internet for information on health care. This Big Brother campaign is underhanded, potentially unlawful, and it must be stopped. As the congressional ‘super-committee’ begins negotiations to cut the deficit, this wasteful Obamacare propaganda campaign is the first place they should look.”

In November 2010, Judicial Watch obtained documents from HHS regarding a series of three Medicare TV ads featuring actor Andy Griffith.

The Obama Administration spent $3,184,000 in taxpayer funds to produce and air the ads on national television in September and October 2010 to educate “Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers, and family members about forthcoming changes to Medicare as a result of the Affordable Care Act.”

However, according to FactCheck.org, a project of the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Public Policy Center, the ads intentionally misinformed the American people.

5th Day of Fast of Anna Hazare – Government trying to find ways not to make a strong Lokpal Bill –

5th Day of Fast of Anna Hazare – Government trying to find ways not to make a strong Lokpal Bill –

Today it’s the 5th day of fast.

Anna is fighting for India; Anna is not fighting for any particular caste or religion.

Every Indian is suffering from the disease called as Corruption.

Anna Hazare said that he will nor relent till the Jan Lokpal Bill is cleared.
"Why should we fight? The funds in government treasuries are ours. The treasuries are not threatened by thieves but by those who guards it. The country is not betrayed by enemies but by these traitors,"

The Parliament's Standing Committee on personnel, public grievances, law and justice,
Which is to suggest amendments to the Lokpal Bill has placed an advertisement in Saturday's newspapers calling for views from the public on the Lokpal Bill.

After Anna Hazare fast the advertisement has come,
This will just delay the bill and government will get chance to say no time, next year or in a winter session we can pass this bill.

The people who wish to express their views on the Lokpal draft are required to send their
response within the next fifteen days starting Saturday.

The response can be either in English or Hindi and has to be addressed to Shri KP Singh,
Director, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, 201, Second Floor, Parliament House Annexe, New
Delhi-110001.

The advertisement says that those willing to appear before the standing Committee should mention that in their response.
"Those desirous of submitting memoranda to the Committee may send two copies thereof, neatly typed in double space (either in English or Hindi) to Shri KP Singh, Director, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, 201,Second Floor, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi-110001 (Tel:23034201, Fax: 23016784,
E-mail:kpsingh@sansad.nic.in and rs-cpers@sansad.nic.in)
within fifteen days of publication of this advertisement.
Those who are willing to appear before the Committee for oral evidence besides submitting the memorandum may so indicate. However, the Committee’s decision in this regard shall be final," the advertisement says.

Government is expecting that for few days Indians will support Anna Hazare then no one will be seen around Anna Hazare and thus the demand of Strong Lokpal Bill will get killed automatically.

Thus I will request you if possible encourage everyone to join Anna Hazare at Ramlila Maidan.

Government will say that we do not have time, remember the politicians pass their salary raise bill in one second.
Politicians pass their pension bill in a second.

Remember these same politicians pass the 15 Bills and laws in one minute which benefit the big corporations.

Now when the time comes to pass the laws which benefit Indians government has no time.

If you not speak on facebook, twitter and ask your friends why they are ignoring the cause of corruption, Janlokpal Bill.

If you can not go on fast then please stop watching entertainment channels only watch Anna Hazare coverage, talk about Lokpal Bill and Janlokpal Bill.

Jagan filed appeal in Supreme Court to stop the inquiry by CBI but Supreme Court refused to stop the inquiry.

On Wednesday, as directed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court, the CBI booked cases

Report on 4th Day of Fast Anna Hazare addresses nation - You should not allow this torch of struggle to be put out whether Anna is alive or not

Report on 4th Day of Fast Anna Hazare addresses nation - You should not allow this torch of struggle to be put out whether Anna is alive or not

On the fourth day of his fast Anna Hazare said that "I have taken a decision of my life...if Jan Lokpal Bill is not brought in the Monsoon Session, then I will continue my fast beyond 21 days,"

Arvind Kejriwal said, that now we are willing to have discussion with the Government with open mind if they are willing to suggest a better way of fighting corruption. But we are not willing to compromise on formula, which says leave 20 per cent of corrupt people without any institution, which investigates them for corruption. That kind of compromise is not acceptable to us."
Kejriwal said that no politician would be allowed to share the stage with Anna Hazare.

Last 4 days Anna has not eaten.

Anna reached the Ramlila Maidan almost three hours after he walked out of the Tihar Jail at 11:40 AM on Friday morning.

Anna left Tihar Jail at 11.40 am and made his way atop a truck to Rajghat and India Gate before arriving at Ramlila Maidan.

At Ramlila Maidan Anna addressed the crowd and said that
"The countrymen should not lose this spirit. This is our fight against corruption. I have lost 3 kg but I am getting energy from my supporters across the country. I have full faith in my country. This government has looted the country. We will now only sit in peace when the corruption gets removed from the country. Till Jan Lokpal Bill is passed, we will not leave Ramlila Maidan," announced Hazare as thousands of his supporters waved the Indian flag and shouted slogans in his favor.

"You should not allow this torch of struggle to be put out whether Anna is alive or not,"

He was checked by cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Naresh Trehan at the Ramlila Maidan.
He had also undergone a medical examination on Friday morning with the doctors declaring that he had lost 3 kgs in three days and weighed 68 kg.
Anna weighed 71 kg when he was arrested and sent to the Tihar Jail.

A team of 36 doctors, assisted by Dr Naresh Trehan, would be monitoring the health of Anna Hazare round the clock during his hunger strike.

While talking with CNN-IBN BJP leader Varun Gandhi said that next week he will introduce Team Anna's draft Jan Lokpal Bill in the Lok Sabha

NDTV reported that Independent Rajya Sabha member Rajeev Chandraskehar submitted a copy of Anna's draft Bill as a Private Member's Bill for tabling on August 8.

The Chairman of the Rajya Sabha will check the bill and send it to President Pratibha Patil for consent. If she gives her consent then it can be taken up in Parliament after a month.

The Monsoon session ends on September 8.
Private Members' Bills are taken up for discussion in the Parliament in the second half of every Friday and since September 8 is a Thursday, Janlokpal Bill will miss the date and it can be taken up only in winter session.

Sopan Laxman Mare, President of the Mumbai Lunch Box Suppliers Association, said the dabbawalas, would go on strike for the first time in their 120-year history.
We have already pledged our support to Anna Hazare.
He is fighting against corruption for the people of the country. 5000 dabbawalas and 200,000 customers will go on strike on Friday in support of Anna's movement.

After 4 days few congress leaders accepted that arresting Anna was a mistake.

Sandeep Dikshit who is the son of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and Lok Sabha MP from the East Delhi constituency said that "It was a mistake to arrest Anna Hazare. The government has realized that it's a mistake and rectified it. I would want that the way he (Anna) has supported the public, he should also guide the government and help break this impasse,"

"There's no official panel of cabinet ministers for new words or anything like that," he told Channel 4 News.

The new words were selected after being entered into a database of 2 billion words drawn from contemporary websites and texts to prove their ubiquity.

The dictionary keeps adding new words

Some of the new definitions now available include:

1. Cyberbullying (noun): The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature: children may be reluctant to admit to being the victims of cyberbullying

Anna Hazare - One Demand Remaining Government Accepted 5 demands More than 45 Hours Anna Hazare is on Fast

Anna Hazare - One Demand Remaining Government Accepted 5 demands More than 40 Hours Anna Hazare is on Fast

First Government said accept the 22 conditions, Anna Hazare accepted 16 and did not accept other conditions.

Then Government arrested Anna Hazare, took him to Tihar Jail. Anna Was given 7 days judicial custody by magistrate as Anna did not take the bail.
After that Anna appealed to Indians to come out and show him support and fill the jails.

Every Indian has a right to do agitation; every Indian has a right to protest.

Just like Gandhi, Anna Hazare said follow the peaceful methods and in last 48 Hours nothing happened all protests were peaceful, more and more Indians staying in India or who are staying in other countries started to support Anna Hazare.

When Government saw the millions of Indians are joining and supporting Anna, after his arrest in few hours Government applied to judge and got the released orders of Anna Hazare.

Anna Said now I will go to JP Park and continue my fast and protest again government said no.

After few hours government started to accept the conditions one by one, the conditions are very simple and reasonable, Government should not say no to such conditions.

What are the six conditions and which 5 Conditions Government accepted?

1. Number of People – First government said only 4000 people can join the fast. Now government has agreed to that as per the capacity of location the people can join. Ramlila Maidan can hold approximately 25,000 people thus No limitation on number of people

2. Permission to do fast

3. Government agreed to allow parking of vehicles till the parking is full. First government said only limited parking area will be given. No limit on number of cars and two wheelers.

4. No loud speaker – Now Government said that loud speaker will be allowed as per Supreme Court of India guidelines that is up to 10 PM loud speaker will be allowed.

5. Government agreed that there will be one government doctor and one doctor will be from Team Anna

Now only one demand is remaining how many days Anna Hazare should go on strike?

Government should not decide this for Anna Hazare, the demand of Anna Hazare is right.

Kiran Bedi said that "Delhi Police want dharna to end as soon as fast ends, but we want dharna to continue. Team Anna is discussing this issue with police,"
Further she said that "There are differences between us and the Government on the number of days of fast to be carried out. We have asked for 30 days, but they have only permitted for seven days so far."
Anna will take time to come out.

Anna wants a written approval for the venue from government.

Let us hope Congress will introduce Janlokapl Bill in parliament and will discuss it.

An Open Letter to Every One Who is Opposing Janlokpal Bill and Anna Hazare

An Open Letter to Every One Who is Opposing Janlokpal Bill and Anna Hazare
Today in India many educated Indian citizens are opposing the Janlokpal Bill?

Do you know How India got the right to information act?

Anna Hazare gave us Indians the right to information Act.

Today why Ministers are in Jail?

Not because government wanted or police wanted only when Supreme Court showed anger everyone started to work?

Why we do not have the right to know the names of Black Money owners?

Few people say that Prime Minister should not come under Lokpal?

Why not?
Can you guarantee that we will never get the bad and corrupt prime minister of India?

Do you know Directive Principals of Indian Constitution?

Those are supposed to be laws of India not just guidelines?

Do you know Supreme Court of India ordered Police Reform?
If yes then do you know which political party or government implemented it?

Do you know many countries got Prime Minister under Lokpal?

Do you know Prime Minister comes under the prevention of Corruption Act and income tax law?

Do you know as per Indian Constitution we got equality before the law?

Do you know Janlokpal Bill or did you read it?
An ordinary citizen can also demand the removal of Lokpal.

Few People say we got already laws so we do not need them?
Just think why they are not implemented?

Reason is simple uncontrolled powers enjoyed by Politicians.

Do you know if any person files a wrong case he will get fined or jailed?

Lokpal will be team of 11 members.

Now Please tell me what is wrong in Janlokpal Bill?

Read, Understand and then talk.

About which Parliament you are talking?

The parliament in which criminals are sitting?

Why politicians do not make laws which will ban them from contesting elections.

Why there is delay in every case?

The reason is simple Read and Understand the Legal History of India.

British made the laws to benefit the British queen and British people.

British left India They passed the law Transfer of Power then we got Independence.

After that the ruler got changed but our system remained same benefiting the rulers.

What British People did not do it our own Indians did it?

Just compare how much British Looted and How much our Indians looted in 64 Year?

India got robbed more than British rule in its own Indian rule.

What is wrong in demanding good and strict laws?

Do you remember Gandhi and Dr. Babasaheb Pact?

Our system of laws is making every Indian Corrupt we are not corrupt.

Thus the time has come to change the system and bring good laws, strict laws and accountability on politicians, retirement age for politicians, negative voting, police reforms and many more

As in Last 64 Years we got nothing.

What ever India got it happened because of Supreme Court of India or the people like Anna Hazare fought with government.

Do not be a slave of political Machinery
Learn to think and ask WHY corruption is rising?

Don’t you feel ashamed that our India ranks higher in corruption Index?
Do you know any person in India who has not paid the bribe?

Even giving the pack of sweets to government officer is a bribe.

Just open your eyes and understand the situation

If Janlokpal Bill is passed by government it will reduce the corruption more than 70% in few years.

If government lokpal Bill is passed remember corruption will increase it wont get decrease. Not single percent will get reduced.

Supreme Court dismisses PIL against criminal member of parliaments saying No Powers

Supreme Court dismisses PIL against criminal member of parliaments saying No Powers
An Advocate Manohar Lal Sharma filed a petition in Supreme Court of India and mentioned that out of 541 Members of Parliament, 154 members have criminal records and facing cases pending in various courts.

He demanded the suspension of MPs involved in any criminal case for the protection of house and citizen of India in the interest of justice.”

The petition stated that there is no provision about the prohibition of persons in any Act prohibiting them to stand for election and taking benefits of lack of legislation,”

In his Public Interest Litigation he demanded that Supreme Court should issue direction
To the centre to advise the President to suspend those Members of Parliament (MPs) facing criminal case.

A bench of Chief Justice SH Kapadia, Justice KS Radhakrishnan and Justice Swatanter Kumar dismissed the petition observing that the court did not have jurisdiction to give direction on such matters.

“Under which provision of the constitution you are seeking the direction. We do not have the authority to give such a direction. There is clear separation of power,” the bench observed while dismissing the matter.

In last 64 Years no political party of India brought the law which will prohibit the criminals from contesting elections.

Criminals should be banned to contest any type of election then it may be public or private elections.

India is a very big country with big population.
We must remember that running country is a social service it is not business thus

India should adopt the policy once a criminal always a criminal no right to contest elections.
If that criminal becomes a good person he can do social service and he can guide people to vote a good candidate.

To do a social service and serve the country one does need to become the politician.
