Report 7th Day of fast Anna Hazare for Janlokpal Bill – I want our government should do overtime and give us Janlokpal Bill before 30th August

After 160 hours without food, Anna Hazare has lost five kilos.
Currently Anna is fit.

What’s the routine of Anna as he is on fast?

What’s the routine of Anna as he is on fast?
Anna wakes up at 6.30 am in a room which is behind the grand stage.
He takes about an hour to get ready. Shaving is a must.
After that for One hour is given for Writing,
At 10.00 Am he comes out on stage. And stays their until 9 PM.
Doctors check him every 3 hours.
A portable toilet is kept near his room.

On 7th day also Government did nothing, government is still thinking how to solve and give the Indian citizens the strict, strong Lokpal Bill.

On 7th day Anna made it clear that he will negotiate, talk only with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister's Officer or Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi.
He also added that he was ready to talk with Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan.

Anna supporters protested in front of the houses of Resource and Development Minister Kapil Sibal, Dikshit and L.K. Advani, Sanjay Nirupam, Priya Dutt etc

Media reported that Congress is now trying to talk with opposition parties to solve this problem.

But for me I just think this is the tactics of delaying the Janlokpal Bill and fight against corruption.

How can you eat and sleep when Millions of Indians do not get to eat daily twice because of corruption.

In last 42 Years what you did to remove corruption?

Do you want more 42 Years to pass this bill?

Now we do not want your sweet tongue, HAME KARNA HAI HUM WO KAR DENGE, GARBI HATA DEGE , CORRUPTION GHTA DEGE.

Last 64 years Indians are listening above language of politicians.

Above lines are in Hindi it means that we will do this, we will do that , we will remove poverty, and we will reduce corruption.

We do not want words, we want Action and we want you should do overtime and give us the strong Janlokpal Bill.

sm, Thanks for complete coverage on Anna Hazare's Anti corruption movement. 160 hours without food is serious..I guess his dedication keeps him fit...How much more Govt want to wait for further action?

Thanks for informing about year, I checked and now it is more easy to look for old posts from realityviews. :)

They still give their cliche'd statements. There is no change in thier stand that they are going to take any action.

Media keep asking the protesters who are swelling each day about the difference between the Janlokpal and Lokpal drafted by Govt. Many are unable to answer.I feel the corruption from grass root level to higher places is ,making them come out in protest.
I also saw pamphlets are being distributed about the same for creating awareness

Yes, government must offer more than just words.
Today's (23 Aug) session in Parliament is crucial. We need to watch and see the reaction of government, Congress and BJP and other parties to Janlokpal Bill. ( I have a hunch that nothing concrete will be done by anybody)
Regarding the hunger protest by Anna, non-violence needs to be maintained and followed. The protesters should not loose patience and have to be peaceful.
