Secret Visit China to pay $750 Million to Nepal Make Nepal Police Stronger

Nepal –

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao visited Nepal and in that visit on Saturday
China agreed to provide Nepal $750 million in aid to Nepal.

As per agreements China will provide economic and technical assistance and strengthen Nepal's police.

The visit of the Chinese Premier was secret.

China has built highways and financed other development projects in Nepal.

Nepal is a friendly country of India and when slowly and intelligently China is becoming more and more close to Nepal.

It will not be surprising very soon in future we see Nepal supporting China internationally in everything and opposing India like Pakistan.

It’s expected that China will build an international air port in Nepal at Pokhara and build and develop high ways and build a hydro power plant.

Dont you think it is the duty India to develop Nepal,Help Nepal in all the possible ways and not give any opportunity to other nations to help Nepal.

China launched an unmanned spacecraft Shenzhou-8 for first space docking successfully

China launched an unmanned spacecraft Shenzhou-8 for first space docking successfully

Tuesday –

Commander-in-chief of China’s manned space programme Chang
Wanquan announced that in the early hours of Tuesday China successfully launched an unmanned spacecraft Shenzhou-8 for first space docking successfully from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest Gobi desert.

Wu Ping, spokesperson for China’s manned space programme, said that
Chinese and German scientists will conduct 17 life science space experiments on the Chinese spacecraft Shenzhou-8.

On September 29 china launched Tiangong-1, or the “Heavenly Palace” that was put into space successfully

Now spacecraft Shenzhou-8 is moving towards Tiangong-1, or the “Heavenly Palace
for rendezvous and in next 2 days it will happen.
The docking of the Shenzhou-8 will take place at a height of 343 km above the Earth’s surface. It will return to the Earth after two docking tryouts.

If it becomes successful it will open the way for china to operate a permanent space station around 2020.

Currently only USA and Russia got this capacity and now China may become third country who will enjoy such power.

The experimental docking is part of China's preparation for building its first space station by 2020, where astronauts can live for several months, as they do on NASA's International Space Station or the former Russian Mir.

If it is a success, China will launch another two space craft next year to conduct more docking experiments.

At least one will be manned, and two female astronauts are among those being trained for the mission, Xinhua said. If they are chosen, they will be the first women China has sent into space.

Wu Ping, spokeswoman for China's manned space program said that
The Shenzhou 8 craft that was launched Tuesday docked with the already orbiting Tiangong 1 module.
The assembly already has orbited Earth six times with onboard instruments working normally

The official Xinhua News Agency reported that Premier Wen Jiabao and other top officials watched the docking from an aerospace center in Beijing.

China launched its first manned flight in 2003, joining Russia and the United States as the only countries to launch humans into orbit.

China will give 50 JF-17 aircrafts to Pakistan on emergency basis

China also offered a 70 million RMB grant for flood reconstruction and a 100 million RMB soft term loan to Pakistan.

China and Pakistan have reportedly signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a stealth version of a light-weight fighter aircraft

JF-17 Thunder is an advanced, light-weight, all weather, day / night multi-role fighter aircraft

The JF-17 aircraft has been formally inducted in Pakistan Air Force by replacing A-5 aircraft of No 26 Squadron.

The aircraft has already participated in Farnborough Airshow in UK and Zhuhai Airshow in China in 2010.

Pakistan Air Force has a confirmed order for 150 JF-17's, which may increase to 250 aircraft.

Pakistan Air Force has plan and aim to induct 250 JF 17 Fighter aircrafts by 2015 to replace all Chengdu F-7, Nanchang A-5, Dassault Mirage III and Mirage 5 combat aircraft.

JF 17 is a light-weight, single engine, multi-role combat aircraft developed jointly by the Chengdu Aircraft Industries Corporation (CAC) of China, the Pakistan Air Force and the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC).

Pakistan named the fighter aircraft as "JF-17 Thunder" which is short for "Joint Fighter 17".

China named JF 17 fighter aircraft as FC-1 Xiaolong which is short for "Fighter China-1".
CAC FC-1 Xiaolong in English it means Fierce Dragon.

In 1995, memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Pakistan and China for joint design and development of a new fighter plane.

In 1999 Pakistan and China signed the contract to jointly develop the FC-1 / Super 7.
In June 1999 Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif visited china and China and Pakistan signed the contract to co-develop and produce the Chengdu FC-1/Super 7.

In 2003 the maiden test flight of the first prototype took place in China.
Then Pakistan changed the name Super 7 to JF 17.
Again in year 2006 the fighter aircraft was tested.

The first JF-17 prototype aircraft (called FC-1) was rolled out in May 2003.
It made its first flight in August 2003.
Later on, two more prototype aircraft were added for basic structure, flight qualities, performance and engine flight testing while two prototype aircraft were involved in comprehensive avionics flight testing.

Know about Chinese Jet J-15 Flying Shark a clone of Russian Jet Sukhoi-33 but does it got the power of American jet F18

Know about Chinese Jet J-15 Flying Shark a clone of
Russian Jet Sukhoi-33 but does it got the power of American jet F18

China’s state media on Monday published the first close-up pictures of the J-15.
J-15 jet will start sea trials soon.

The first prototype J-15 was believed to have made its maiden flight on August 31, 2009, a month before the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, according to the Russian Ria Novosti news.

J-15 is the first generation of Chinese shipborne fighter aircraft being developed by both 601 Institute and SAC for PLAN’s first aircraft carrier.

China requested Russia to sell the Sukhoi 33 Soviet fighter capable of landing on carriers. But Russia refused.
But in 2001, the Chinese bought a Su-33 prototype from Ukraine and then china started to study the prototype and learn every secret of Su-33.

Below is the photo showing J15 Chinese Jet and Russian Su-33.

Then developed the J 15 Jet fighter for the Chinese Navy war ship.
When we see the photos one can easily see that J15 jet is the clone of Su-33.

Some key shipborne aircraft technologies such as landing/navigational systems are believed to have been obtained from Russia and Ukraine.

But regarding technology they must have changed and used advanced technology increasing the power of Jet fighter.

After reading on many articles one can understand say that J15 Chinese Jet is similar to Su-33 Russian Jet and inside and regarding the powers and functions J15 Chinese Jet is similar to American fighter plane F-18 a workhorse on Navy carriers.

J-15 Jet Arms Capacity Weapons Capicity-
J15 Jet can fire Chinese designed weapons, including PL-8, PL-12 AAMs and YJ-83K AShM. Overall J-15 is believed to be in the same class of American F/A-18C.

The fighter has distinctive features that enable it to operate on an aircraft carrier, such as folding wings and strengthened landing gear, according to the Chinese Military Aviation (CMA). Missile launch rails and wide-angle holographic Head up Display (HUD) clearly indicated that the fighter is equipped with domestic sensors, avionics and weapon systems

J-15, the new Chinese navy's "flying shark" features enlarged folding wings, twin nose wheels and an arresting hook for use on China's first aircraft carrier.

It’s expected that in year 2015 the J-15, the new Chinese navy's "flying shark" will start to serve the Chinese Navy increasing the power of China.

By hook or crook China has intelligently got the hands on Russian and Ukraine War planes and Ship and after studying them china has modified them.

It’s like reverse engineering. Here the saying fits well everything is fair in love and War.

China’s new carrier, a war ship expected to be named as Shi Lang, is a retrofitted version of a 1988 Soviet aircraft carrier that Chinese interests bought from Ukraine after the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union, supposedly for conversion into a floating casino in Macao.
But the Macao gambling license never materialized, and as many had suspected, the ship wound up elsewhere in Dalian, a city in northeastern China where workers began a decade-long retrofit.

The aircraft is expected first to be stationed onboard the Varyag aircraft carrier currently being fitted in Dalian. China bought the unfinished Admiral Kuznetsov class aircraft carrier from Ukraine in 1998.

The J-15 is credited by the Chinese as indigenous development but I think J15 is a mix of Su-33 and American fighter plane F-18.

China and Nepal signed a military aid agreement First Time Chinese Army Chief General Chen Bingde, chief of (PLA) Visited Nepal

China and Nepal signed a military aid agreement First Time
Chinese Army Chief General Chen Bingde, chief of (PLA) Visited Nepal

Last Month that is March General Chen Bingde, chief of (PLA) visited Nepal for 3 days.
It was the first visit to Nepal by a Chinese army chief in a decade
It was the first time that China’s PLA signed a military aid agreement directly with the Nepal army, ignoring the request of Nepal’s ministry of defence that the agreement should be signed with it.

Chinese PLA chief said that in Nepal that China would not tolerate a third country coming in the way of friendship between Nepal and China.
The highest-ever military aid extended by China to Nepal of US$19.8 million

General Chen Bingde was given a warm welcome and received separately by Nepal’s president Dr Ram Baran Yadav, prime minister Jhala Nath Khanal and defence minister Bishnu Poudel.

Third Country means which nation?
I feel this was just warning to India. India should not come between the friendship of china and Nepal.

Who and How many Chinese officials visited Nepal with the Chinese Army Chief General Chen Bingde, chief of (PLA?
The 15-member Chinese military delegation included:

1.
Qiu Guohong, China’s ambassador to Nepal

2.
Wang Jianping, commander of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force (PAPF)

3.
Yang Jinshan, commander of the PLA’s Tibet Military District

4.
Qian Lihua, director-general of the foreign affairs office of China’s ministry of national defence

5.
Zhang Yanling, director of the Health Department of the General Logistics Department of the PLA

6.
Wang Jin, deputy director of the First Department (Operations) of the PLA’s General Staff Department (GSD)

Inclusion of the commanders of the PAPF and Tibet Military District reflects the importance accorded to issues relating to border security and cementing of military ties.
China has already started paying age old pensions in Nepal’s poorer northern border areas and establishing a string of Chinese Study Centres along Nepal’s borders with India.

Soon China will also complete extension of the Lhasa-Xigaze railway to Kathmandu, Nepal.
Once this is completed the business between China and Nepal will grow.

This will also create another problem for Indian industry also.
India and Nepal has trade agreement and Goods from Nepal come into India on discounted rates.

Now Chinese Companies will send goods to Nepal and using Nepal route the goods will enter into Indian Market.

I am sure China will pay so much money to Nepal, Nepal Army and citizens of Nepal that they will openly start to oppose India same way like Pakistan is doing.

China is rightfully going in right direction towards becoming No. 1 Super power.

Very slowly and stedily the friendship between China and Nepal is growing

Is it not the warning sign for India?

China and Russia Agree to use own currencies either the ruble or the Yuan not to use American dollar. What will be effect on India and world?

China and Russia Agree to use own currencies either
the ruble or the Yuan not to use American dollar.
What will be effect on India and world?

The two countries were accustomed to using the dollar for trade.

China and Russia have announced that they will no longer use the dollar for bi-lateral trade. Instead they will use either the ruble or the Yuan.

The announcement came as the leaders of both countries met in St. Petersburg to expand bilateral trade and energy-cooperation between the countries, according to an AFP report

"We agreed to expand the possibilities for application of national currencies during trade and economic contacts," said Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin after holding talks with the Chinese premier Wen Jiabao.

Both parties signed 12 documents or say contracts.
The documents covered cooperation on aviation, railroad construction, customs, protecting intellectual property, culture and a joint communiqué. And energy cooperation.

Putin said one of the pacts between the two countries is about the purchase of two nuclear reactors from Russia by China's Tianwan nuclear power plant, the most advanced nuclear power complex in China.

Wen said at the press conference that the partnership between Beijing and Moscow has "reached an unprecedented level" and pledged the two countries will "never become each other’s enemies".

Sm – Remember no one can trust china, we are brothers

Russian ruble already trading on the Chinese exchange, Yuan trade in Moscow is expected to begin in early December.

According to Russian government the bilateral trade between the two countries is estimated to reach above $50 billion by the end of 2010

This was going to happen – Beginning of cold war between china and USA

Once there was a cold war between super power America and USSR, which finished in defeat of USSR.

currently China is another super power, and we will see the rise of cold war between America and China.

Our Indian leaders may tell you we are super power but educated people know we are zero exception is computers.

One example –
We are purchasing war planes from America on other hand same quality, same standard and same generation war planes are manufactured by china in their own country by their own scientist.

As an India do we need to fear the friendship between China and Russia?

Yes we as Indians have to fear this friendship, as our military technology originated or came from Russia so in future this will create problems for India to get spare parts of war planes.

Regarding economic situation do we need to fear?

No we do not need to fear, if rate of dollar is reduced is good for honest poor Indians.
As we will pay less money to buy same planes.

A good Indian will always dream that 1 dollar is equal to 1 Indian Rupee.
And corrupt will never think this way and will never act in this direction.

This pact of Russia and China will create more problems for President Obama and am sure one day America will again turn to policy of war ,
Policy of war is necessary to be a super power always.

Know about the DongFeng 21 (DF-21, NATO code name: CSS-5) – China deploys CCS-5 missiles on border with India

Medium range ballistic missiles -

The DongFeng 21 (DF-21, NATO code name: CSS-5) –
Country: - People’s Republic of China
Alternate Name: - DF-21
Class: -MRBM
Basing: -Road mobile
Length: -0.70 m
Diameter: -1.40 m
Launch Weight: -14700 kg
Payload: -Single warhead, 600 kg
Warhead: -Nuclear 250 or 500kT, HE, sub munitions, or chemical
Propulsion: - 2-stage solid
Range: - 2150 km
Status: -Operational
In Service: -1987
Developed by China Changfeng Mechanics and Electronics Technology Academy (also known as 2nd Space Academy).

Note that - Many believe that China has plans or desire to take control of Arunachal Pradesh, which China asserts as part of Tibet and therefore of China, and over the Aksai Chin region at the western end of the Tibetan Plateau.

The CSS-5 is a variant of the CSS-N-3 sea-launched ballistic missile system which started development in the mid 1960s.

The first CSS-5 test launch occurred in 1982 and became operational in 1987.
An improved CSS-5 Mod 2 became operational in 1996.

It is believed that production of the CSS-5 was approximately 35-50 in 1994 and had increased to 50-100 by 1998.
It is reported that production of the CSS-5 had ceased by 1998.

The CSS-5 is a medium-range, road mobile, solid-propellant ballistic missile.
It was the first road mobile, solid propellant missile system developed by the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
It is a variant on the CSS-N-3 (JL-1) submarine-launched system and replaced the obsolete CSS-1 in the early 1980s.
The primary advantage of the CSS-5 is its solid-propellant system, which significantly increases its service life and mobility while decreasing its maintenance cost and the required launch time.

The CSS-5 is a tactical missile system, though it has a few strategic applications.
While its payload and accuracy are sufficient to destroy civilian population centers, it lacks the range to reach key Russian or US cities.
The CSS-5 can be effectively used as a deterrent against India,

It is capable of being used against large targets such as airports, seaports, or key staging areas.
It is reasonably effective against these targets even if not deployed with a nuclear warhead, making it an effective tactical system.

In the case of an attack on Taiwan, CSS-5 missiles with conventional warheads will almost certainly be used to soften the island prior to an invasion by striking defensive forces.

The CSS-5 system is highly mobile, resulting from its solid propellant and Transporter-Erector-Launcher (TEL) vehicle launch system.

It can be easily transported, and its launch time is only several minutes, making it able to be deployed during a rapidly changing military situation.
Its TEL system enables it to be moved to critical areas quickly and avoid targeting by opposing forces.
This greatly increases its effectiveness as a tactical system and enables it to be hidden in rough terrain.

The CSS-5 system is also used to project power in Asia.
The CSS-5 is currently deployed at the Burmese border.
Now China has deployed the CSS-5 at the close to the borders with India and developed contingency plans to shift airborne forces at short notice to the region.
The PRC uses its nuclear and military superiority to exert control in the region

The CSS-5 can deploy its 600 kg payload with a minimum range of 500 km (311 miles) and a maximum range of 2,150 km (1,336 miles).
Its payload carries a single warhead that can be equipped with a 250 or 500 kT yield nuclear device, conventional high explosives, submunitions, and chemical agents.
It uses an inertial guidance system that is capable of striking with an accuracy of 700 m CEP.
It has a length of 10.7 m, a diameter of 1.4 m and a launch weight of 14,700 kg. The missile uses a two-stage solid propellant engine.

The DF-21 has also been developed into space launcher and anti-satellite/anti-missile weapon carrier.

DF-21C is a conventionally-armed MRBM system with upgraded mobile launcher and guidance system. The missile was said to have a payload of 2,000kg and a maximum range of 1,700km.

The DF-21A missile is believed to be configured for strategic missions only. The missile is carried inside a canister mounted on a truck-towed trailer for road-mobile.
The missile is placed inside a cylinder-shape container/launcher, with its nose extending outside of the launcher.
The missile container/launcher is in horizontal position when in traveling and vertical position during launch.
At the bottom of the container/launcher there are four large hydraulically operated stabilizers, which are lowered in preparation for the missile launch.
The missile is contained in an alumni-alloy cylinder launch–tube which keeps the missile in an invariable temperature environment.
The launch tubes have an elevation range of 0 to 90 degrees.
The azimuth range is from -180 to +180 degrees.
The missile launch-tube is carried on a 3-axes semi-trailer TEL, which is towed by a HY473 6X6 tractor truck.
The TEL trailer and tractor are equipped with hydraulically operated stabilisers which are lowered in preparation for the missile launch.

The sad part of this news is that We Indians come to know about this from Pentagon.
Pentagon in a report to the US Congress said, tensions remain along the Sino-India borders with rising instances of border violation and aggressive border patrolling by Chinese soldiers.
In its annual report, the US Defense department said, to improve regional deterrence, the PLA has replaced older liquid-fueled, nuclear capable CCS-3 intermediate range missiles with more advanced and survivable fueled CSS-5 MRBMs.

China is [ 50 or more ICBMs ] capable of targeting the United States
China’s provision of solid-propellant missile technology more than 15 years ago helped Pakistan develop the Shaheen II medium-range and Abdali short-range ballistic missiles.

India what we got -
