Adarsh scam ED registered cases against Ex CM Ashok Chavan and 13 others money laundering case

In connection with Adarsh Scam The Enforcement Directorate (ED) registered a money laundering case against former Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan and 13 others.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) told Bombay High Court that they can take further action only after CBI completes its probe.
A division bench of Justices SA Bobade and Mridula Bhatkar were hearing petitions filed by social activists Pravin Wategaonkar and Simpreet Singh, demanding that the ED register a case, and the High Court to supervise the investigations of CBI and ED.
An ECIR (Enforcement Case Information Report) has been registered under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
The CBI informed the court that it would complete its probe by June 15 and file its chargesheet thereafter.

In another development
Ministry of Defense has filed an application in High Court seeking demolition of the 31-storey plush building in south Mumbai on the ground that it poses a security threat to the defense installations near the building.

I was hearing the news where a bjp minister has been sent for four years and the bjp spokesman is going on how the tehelaka people did this .. THEY are not ready to accept that the money that exchanged was wrong ...
they say since nothing happened its not corruption such is the mentality of our leaders
