Supreme Court had taken on June 6 suo motu cognizance of the midnight crackdown and had asked the Centre and Delhi Police to explain why it resorted to such a drastic action in middle of the night against the Ramdev Baba and his followers.
After that Delhi Police filed an affidavit in SC and denied the allegations that it had used force to evict the Ramdev Baba and his supporters from the site and claimed teargas shells were fired only after Ramdev's supporters turned violent and started pelting stones on the police.
After getting order from SC Police Commissioner Gupta filed a personal affidavit
detailing the circumstances under which Delhi Police used force and fired tear gas to evict Ramdev and his supporters from Ramlila Ground.
Baba Ramdev has challenged the government's version of what happened that night.

In his reply to SC Ramdev Baba said that Ramlila Maidan gathering was a yoga camp and that three sessions were held during the day.
He claimed that he had video footage to substantiate his claim.

Why FIR was not registered against Delhi Police officials on complaint of Ramdev's followers.
The Bench said this has to be clarified in an affidavit.

The SC court has asked Delhi Police to furnish the footage of June 4 crackdown.
The Bench said the previous affidavit did not clarify what happened between June 1 and June 3. It said the DVDs and photographs, including the documents, clearly showed that yoga was being practiced at the venue
Advocate Ram Jethmalani sought a direction that the Home Minister P Chidambaram should explain the incident and notice should be issued to him personally.
The SC court will take up this plea during the next hearing on July 25.

USA Suspends, Delays $800 million in military aid to Pakistan US may cancel aid of $800 million to Pakistan
Pakistan receives more than $1.3 billion from the United States in aid every year.
After understanding the true nature of Pakistan President Obama intelligently killed the terror king Osama in Pakistan without their knowledge.
After killing of Osama Relations between the two governments
have been strained with the US wanting Pakistan to intensify its counterterrorism efforts.
Few weeks back Pakistan has shut down a US programme that had been training paramilitary forces, sending home more than 100 US trainers.
Pakistan also told USA that to close the base the CIA has been using for drone plane attacks on militant targets.
White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley said that The U.S. is withholding about $800 million in military aid to Pakistan.
The New York Times, which reported the deferral of military aid earlier, said the amount being withheld represents more than a third of the $2 billion in security assistance given to Pakistan. It includes about $300 million to cover some of the costs of posting more than 100,000 Pakistani soldiers along the Afghan border as well as training assistance and military hardware, the newspaper reported.
John Kirby, a spokesman for Admiral Mike Mullen, the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff said that Night-vision devices, helicopter spare parts, radios, and equipment to counter guerrilla-made bombs are delayed because Pakistan is withholding visas for U.S. personnel required to assist with them.
A full description of the U.S. assistance on hold is classified.
US officials said that the aid and equipment supply could be resumed if relations improve and Pakistan takes more action against fighters.

Lyrics of the song Ever lasting Love watch lyrics video of the song Ever lasting Love below the lyrics
Hearts gone astray, leaving hurt when they go
I went away, just when you, you need me so
You won't regret, I come back begging' you
Won't you forget, welcome love we once knew
Open up your eyes then you realize
Here I stand with my everlasting love
Need you by my side, girl to be my pride
You'll never be denied, everlasting love
From the very start, open up your heart
Be a lasting part of everlasting love
Need a love to last forever
Need a love to last forever
(Instrumental)
Where life's river flows, no one really knows
Till someone's there to show
The way to lasting love
Like the sun that shines, endlessly it shines
You always will be mine, it's eternal love
When ever love went wrong, ours would still be strong
We'll have our very own everlasting love
Need a love to last forever
Need a love to last forever
Open up your eyes then you realize
Here I stand with my everlasting love
Need you by my side, girl to be my pride
You'll never be denied, everlasting love
From the very start, open up your heart
Be a lasting part of everlasting love
