Plot Summary -

Despite hard work, Ghulam struggles to save enough to return home.
Lalulal himself faces poverty and tragedy, living in a shanty slated for demolition.
Ultimately, Lalulal and his sweetheart Yashodhara are killed by her family, shattering Ghulam’s hopes.
The film ends with Ghulam still driving his taxi, symbolizing the endless cycle of migrant struggle.
