GST Effect List of food Grains, floors which will become Cheaper
India will adopt to GST tax system from July 1st, 2017
Below is the list of items on which GST rate will be zero after July 1st, 2017
As a result, following items will become cheaper.
List of Food grains
a- Cereals
b- Pulses
c- Atta
d- Maida
e- Besan
Except branded ones with registered trade mark in whose case GST will be charged at the rate of 5 %.
1-Fresh milk
2-Fresh vegetables and fresh fruits
3-Puffed rice
4-Common salt
5-Animal feed
6-Organic manure
7-Fire wood
8-Raw silk/raw wool/jute
9-Hand operated agriculture equipment’s.
Due to no GST on these items, most of them are expected to become cheaper in the range of approximately 4-5% as compared to their existing prices.
