Tatra Trucks Scam CBI files closure report no evidence

The Central Bureau of Investigation closed its investigation into alleged irregularities in Tatra all-terrain vehicle supply to the army

Reason to close the case - there was insufficient evidence to file a charge sheet in tatra truck scam

On 15th July CBI had chargesheeted retired lieutenant general Tejinder Singh for his alleged involvement in irregularities in the proposed purchase of trucks.
