Mumbai Rave Party Actor Apoorva Agnihotri tested positive for drugs Aasmaan Se Aage

On May 20 Juhu rave party that was raided by the Mumbai police.

On May 20 night, police busted a rave party at Oakwood Premier Hotel and rounded up 91 persons, including IPL players Wayne Parnell, Rahul Sharma and 19 foreign nationals.

110 grams of cocaine and 64 grams of charas were recovered from the premises during the raid.

Police commissioner Arup Patnaik on Friday released the blood test results of the 92 who were detained after a bust at Oakwood Premier.

Police said that those who tested positive would be arrested for consuming drugs under the NDPS Act.

Actor Apurva Agnihotri and his wife his wife Shilpa Saklani had attended the party.

Television Actor Apoorva Agnihotri rose to fame with the portrayal of Armaan in Sony TV's Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin' has been tested positive for drugs.

(27) Tested positive only for cannabis.

Now what will happen in this case?

Police will arrest them. After arrest they will get bail.
They can later apply for drug rehabilitation in a government hospital as per section 64 (A) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. They can then apply to the court for exemption from further action.
They are not accused of possessing drugs, they are only party goers
