Once again Balasaheb magic worked and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Shiv Sena BJP won the elections.
MNS saw increase in the seats.
The BMC has an annual budget of 21,000 crores
Only 46% people voted and thus no one is real winner.
