NY Indian Dr. Rakesh Punn charged with sexually exploiting young females, and secretly videotaping photographing females

Indian pediatrician Dr. Rakesh Punn based in New York has been charged with sexually exploiting some of his young female patients and secretly videotaping and photographing them in his clinic.

Charge is in a 36-count indictment.

In July 2010 Police arrested him.
Later they charged him multiple counts of violating New York State sexual abuse
and fraud laws which including recording sexually explicit activity involving his minor patients during their visits to his office located in his residence in New York.

As alleged in the indictment, between September 2007 and January 2008, Punn sexually
exploited three children and recorded it and later submitted fraudulent insurance
claims for medical treatment of those three.

Now here comes the important part –

If Rakesh Punn is found guilty
He will face mandatory, compulsory minimum sentence of 15 years' imprisonment and a maximum of 30 years' imprisonment for each count of sexual exploitation of a child.

Now he is charged with 36 Count, so see how much punishment he will face?

30 Years imprisonment for the 1 Count he is charged with 36 Counts?

30 multiply 36 = 1080 Years.

This is a right method to punish a criminal.

In India what happens no one gets more than 7 years of Jail and in rape cases even courts allow them to marry thus rape becomes a valid tool to rape so she will marry me.

We need to reform our punishment system in India so Indian criminal minded citizens will start to fear the law and judiciary.
