Team Anna member Prashant Bhushan beaten by Sri Ram Sena Ban Sri Ram Sena



Team Anna member advocate Prashant Bhushan was attacked in his chamber in the Supreme Court on Wednesday on Camera without fear of any law or punishment.
The attackers pulled the lawyer out of the chair, slapped, dragged and repeatedly punched him. Even after Bhushan fell down the attackers kept on hitting him with their legs. Bhushan's shirt was torn and his spectacles fell when he was roughed up.


Prashant Bhushan said that groups like the Sri Ram Sena should be socially boycotted and banned by the government.

Prashant Bhushan was beaten up by three people Inder Verma, Vishnu Gupta and Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga inside his chamber in the Supreme Court on Wednesday, because of his comments on the removal of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act from the Kashmir Valley.

Inder Verma is an activist of the Sri Ram Sena, which has claimed responsibility for the attack. Verma was arrested and will be produced in court on Thursday.
Vishnu Gupta and Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, both of whom belong to a little known Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena.

Prashant Bhushan clarified that his opinion on Kashmir is not the opinion of the Team Anna. It’s his own opinion.

Every Indian has fundamental right to express himself freely and openly.

For such crimes the punishment should be very strict which will teach them to respect the freedom of speech of others.

After this beating of Prashant Bhushan if you felt afraid then I feel that the 3 persons accused of terrorizing you thus they should be put tried for this offence and crime also.

Sri Ram Sena should be banned I hope America will be ban the organization and then Indian Government may ban the organization.

Here in India important is voting not the protection of freedom of speech of Individual.

If you do not agree with Prashant Bhushan write a letter to him , debate with him and try to show that his views are wrong.

No one has right to take law in his own hands.

True democracy is one in which everyone got the right to speak what he feels freely or express his opinion honestly then it may be wrong or right.
