The government on Wednesday created an email id for public to send their ideas and inputs to tackle issues arising out of black money.
Below is the email id on which you can send your suggestions to government.

Citizens of India can sent their responses and inputs like imposing penalties and making penal provisions to tackle with the corruption issue.
Black Money and Demands –
1.
Punishment should be death punishment if found in a possession of black money.
2.
If no death punishment the demand is imprisonment of 1000 Years what ever may happen the person who founds with black money must stay in jail until his death.
3.
Declare black money as the national property.
4.
Offence of Black money should be made non bailable and the accused should be kept in jail until the final decision verdict of court. If accused moves to Higher courts that is files appeal then also he should be kept in Jail
5.
The law should presumed that the accused have collected black money by robbing the country. And only a week time should be given to accused to prove he got that money using good methods.
6.
Time limit should be fix for the Court regarding black money case. Each court must give judgment in a month of time. Trial Period must be fix. No next date should be allowed.
India has no law regarding this, your suggestions won’t be binding on government of India even if 100% citizens demand that bring the Prime Minister and Judiciary under Lokpal.

No point in writing mail to government as mechanism for implementation of peoples' ideas is not clear.
Some CEO may give suggestion and a government chaprasi will reject. Is it acceptable?
Though I did not want to, still I have emailed on black money. Following is the text:-
The black money should be used as national property. The national property is the youth of India.
Steps suggested
1. Increase SB, FD deposit rates higher than rate of hike of property prices. Result expected is black money will be deposited in banks.
2. Then introduce platinum handshake scheme for voluntary retirement of 35+ old candidates. Make it extremely attractive. Result employees shall retire paving way for youth. The black money is channelised.
Punishment to black money holders.
1. There should be special force for black money inspection who should have guns. Morally correct because black money holders are also usually armed.
The black money inspectors should be given authority to kill.

THE ABOVE METHOD WILL BOOST THE INCOME OF THE NATION BECAUSE EVERY ONE HAS TO PAY THE TAX ABOVE THE EXCEPTION LIMIT AND IT SHOULD BE DEDUCT AUTOMATICALLY WITH THEIR ACCOUNT AND IT HELPS TO MONITOR INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTION AND THEIR BALANCES.

Unaccounted money-black money-scam-let us begin solution as a contribution from grass root level-right now with immediate receipt of revenue and effective step o solve the mass illness
I have a benefit of the views from web internet.
My humble views at grass root level are:
a) Our august parliament has debated on Budget/Finance bill.
b) There are various rival views between the honorable parliament members and eminent Well wishers.
c) Such discussions are going on since long but no any positive finality
d) We are losing revenue
e) Let us try a beginning- say first step to climb EVEREST HIGHEST PEAK to unearth unaccounted money
f) There are news item on the front page of the daily news paper-TIMES OF INDIA ON Saturday 5th May 2012.
g) The heading is “ DESPITE PM’S CALL ,SCARED BABUS STILL SITTING ON FILES”
h) My humble views are
i) Delay is dangerous
j) All are concerned as to the ultimate out come
k) History has recorded that such situation is not new.
l) We have maxims 1, to err is human2. To forget is divine3. No man is perfect Someone has erred in the past
m) We have adopted such attitude for the acts of omission and commission during pre Independence period and we have been enjoying rich dividend – we are not loser
n) As a first step let us invite the tax payers to begin the sincerity to deposit the amount the unaccounted amount in INDIA AND OUTSIDE INDIA in their respective new term deposit for one year, Interest shall go to the Government for one year/ And the deposited amount shall be withdrawn by the depositor
o) No action of what SOEVER BE TAKEN AS TO SOURCE OF DEPOSIT.

Managing public money is the right of the Government. Indian Government headed by the congress party has been doing wonderful job in development and citizen welfare; especially, much pain has been taken to establish HARMONY all around. But on the money management front why the government is shying away from taking decisions?
LET ME PRESENT A SMALL SUBJECT - LPG SUBSIDY
Who are the LPG users? Top 40 - 50% of the population, including millionaires / billionaires.
Who is not willing to pay the actual cost of the LPG? We the Indians feel whatsoever come freely let it come; therefore, even those Indians with crores of rupee income take LPG ON SUBSIDY. It is the fault of the Government that has not given them an opportunity to pay the actual cost of LPG. I am sure if the government declares the actual cost and ask the consumers for the correct payment 60 to 80% of the consumers will agree.
I ACCEPT THERE IS TROUBLE WITH 20 TO 40% OF THE CONSUMERS; POLITICAL IMPLICATION - BELOW POVERTY CLASS IMPLICATION.
Giving universal subsidy to sustain vote bank consideration is suicidal; therefore, subsidy is to be stopped immediately - every Govt.servant is paid DA increment, etc. twice in a year - can they not pay the actual LPG cost? how about the business class? How about the creamy layer? THEY ALL CAN PAY THE ACTUAL COST and the Government should allow them to pay immediately.
YES, THE BELOW POVERTY CLASS IMPLICATION IS THE TRICKY ONE. IT CAN BE SOLVED. A LPG distributor may have 500 connections; I am sure 300 of them will pay the actual cost without murmur. THE REST ALLOW THEM TO TAKE SUBSIDY AT THE CURRENT RATE; BUT ASK THEM TO FILL UP A DETAILED QUESTIONNAIRE AND SUBMIT TO THE SUPPLIER. Let a local agency scrutinize the below-poverty claims and call each individual to account. By these process much of the below-poverty claim can be weeded out.
who should be given subsidy? An eligible - may be around 5% OF THE CONSUMERS (actual below-poverty class) to be declared and supported. The district local administration should be involved for the process.

IT WILL LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA IN THE NEAR FUTURE. ALSO MAKE ALL THE RIVERS ADMINISTRATION TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT NOT TO ANY STATE AND NOT TO ANY PARTIERS. VINOTH
