Ram Mandir Verdict Why SC should delay the verdict on Babri Mosque Demolition case for few years

Ram Mandir Verdict Why SC should delay the verdict on Babri Mosque Demolition for Next 5 Years
First know the Time Line of Babri Mosque Demolition –

Year 1528- 29 - Babri Masjid built. Hindu groups claim it was built after demolishing a temple, but some scholars say that such "legends" did not arise until the 18th century

1885 - Mahant Raghubir Das, a Hindu priest, files the first court case and seeks permission to build a canopy on the Ramchabutra (a raised platform) outside the mosque. Faizabad district court rejects his plea.

1949: Idols of Ram Lalla are placed surreptitiously under the central dome.
An idol of Ram Lala appears inside the mosque, allegedly planted by three Hindu men in the dark of a December night. Hindus offer prayers. Both sides file suits; the government declares the area as disputed and locks gates.

1986 - Court orders the government to open the Ram Janmabhonmi for "darshan and pooja"

1989 - The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) lays the foundation of a Ram temple on the land next to the Babri Masjid. A VHP leader files a case asking for the mosque to be shifted elsewhere.

1989 - Months before Lok Sabha elections, the Rajiv Gandhi government allows the VHP to perform shilanyas (laying of foundation stone) for a Ram temple.

1990 – BJP - BJP president Lal Krishna Advani goes on a Somnath-to-Ayodhya rath yatra to tell people about the movement to build a temple at the disputed site or mosque.
Thousands of kar sevaks (volunteers) gather in Ayodhya. Mosque is partially damaged

1991 - BJP becomes the country's primary opposition party and comes into power in Uttar Pradesh. The momentum for the temple movement increases as kar sevaks pour into Ayodhya.

On December 6, 1992, a large crowd of Hindu kar sevaks demolished the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had organized a rally at the site involving 1, 50,000 volunteers, known as ‘kar sevaks’. The rally turned violent, and the crowd overwhelmed security forces and tore down the mosque.

December 16, 1992 –
Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao sets up a commission of inquiry under retired judge Justice MS Liberhan.

1998 - BJP forms a coalition government in Delhi.

2001 - VHP sets March 2002 as deadline for beginning the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

February 4, 2002 – BJP Government files an application in the Supreme Court for vacating the 'interim order' banning any religious activity in Ayodhya.

April 2002 - Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court begins hearings on determining who owns the Ayodhya site.

June 2009 - The Liberhan commission submits its report but its contents are not made public.
July 26, 2010 –
The Lucknow bench of Allahabad HC reserves its judgment and advises all parties to solve the issue amicably.

September 30, 2010 - The High Court rules there be a three-way division of the disputed land: one-third for the Sunni Waqf Board, one-third for the Nirmohi Akhara and one-third to the party for ram lalla.

May 2011 - The Supreme Court suspends the High Court's ruling after Hindu and Muslim groups appeal against it

February 2015 – Hindu and Muslims start settlement talks
Hindu and Muslim litigants meet to discuss a new proposal for resolution which they plan to put before the Supreme Court. The formula for settlement talks about the 70 acres of disputed site accommodating both mosque and temple, but it doesn't take off.

2016 – Talks Fail

March 21, 2017 - Supreme Court calls for an amicable settlement to dispute over who owns the site, saying the "sensitive and sentimental matter" is best settled out of court.

December 5, 2017 –
The Supreme Court decides to hear the civil appeals filed by various parties challenging the 2010 Allahabad High Court verdict on the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title dispute on February 8 next year. A special bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justice Ashok Bhushan and justice S Abdul Nazeer assembled to hear a total of 13 appeals filed against the 2010 judgment of the Allahabad high court in four civil suits. Judges also asked the advocates on record of appeals to sit together and ensure that all the requisite documents are translated, filed and numbered before the apex court registry.

Now question is what will happen if Honorable and Respected Supreme Court of India finds that land belongs to Muslims, it was Mosque and Hindus cannot build a Ram Temple there without permission from Muslims

If Supreme Court of India gives such verdict is it not possible that families of Supreme Court Judges as well as Muslims all over India may become target of Hindus who on the name of religion may attack them.

Now a days everyday some Hindu leader comes on television  saying that Temple will get build their , no one can stop them when case is going on in Supreme Court of India. They do not fear the SC judges , this is nothing but a pressure building idea on the supreme court judges.

Latest example is Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar renewed his appeal to the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) to consider an out-of-court settlement to the Ram Janmabhoomi row, saying he feared a “large-scale” communal flare up if the case was settled by a court or through legislation.

In an open letter to the AIMPLB members, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said going through the court was a loss for both Hindus and Muslims and an out-of-court settlement would be a “win-win situation” for both the communities. “I urge the leaders of both faiths to take this action seriously.
Otherwise, we are pushing our country to the brink of a civil war,”

Just like year 1992, the situation is going out of hands, if verdict goes against Hindus one can imagine what will happen in India?
A religious war may start between Hindus and Muslims, after that what will happen in India?

To maintain peace in India, to stop the beginning of civil war in India, a religious war between Hindu and Muslims Supreme Court of India should declare that the verdict will be kept secret for next 5 years or hearing in the case will start again in year 2020.
The verdict should be kept in secret locker and should be opened up after 5 or 10 years until that period the land, mosque should be handed over to the Indian Army to protect it banning access to all Indians.

No one should be allowed to enter that premises for whatever may be the reasons.

This is not right time for Supreme Court of India to announce the judgement or start the final hearings in the case. Must delay the hearing and judgement in this case for 5 or 10 years otherwise if religious war or civil war starts in India, Supreme Court Judges will responsible for that.

After 5 or 10 years if new Supreme Court Bench finds that situation in India is good they should start the final proceeding , hearing in the case or declare the verdict or should again delay the hearing of case and verdict for next 10 years.

Supreme Court of India is the guardian of Indian citizens and it is duty of Supreme Court of India to save common innocent Hindus and Muslims, and every Indian citizen irrespective of his caste and religion

First Supreme Court of India should punish the people who without any legal permission destroyed the Babri Mosque and only after that Supreme Court of India should decide about the questions who is owner of land, what should be constructed on that land and any other demands of Petitioners.

Judgement Verdict is not important , Important is maintaining peace in India.
