Video Railway Police Brutally beats physically challenged beggar

In a horrific incident, a Railway Police Force (RPF) personnel thrashed a physically challenged beggar at the Howrah station in West Bengal.

According to eyewitnesses, the RPF personnel had ordered the man to move out of the station. However, when he did not move out, the RPF personnel brutally thrashed him.

Why this happens in India because we do not enjoy any civil rights

Now hope State Government will pay Rs. 1 Crore to the beggar as a compensation
