Shri Ram Sena founder accused in female attack case Pramod Muthalik joins BJP

Controversial chief of right wing outfit Sri Ram Sene founder Pramod Muthalik, who was linked with the attack on women at a pub in Mangalore in 2009, joined the BJP

Muthalik was welcomed into the party fold in the presence of State party President Prahalad Joshi, former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar and former Deputy Chief Minister K S Eshwarappa

Pramod Muthalik joined RSS in 1975 and Shiv Sena in 2005, but left the latter in 2006.

Currently Pramod Muthalik is facing many cases, he is accused in many cases

After Pub attack Pramod Muthalik told to media that pubs and bars should be the exclusive haunts of men, Muthalik initially supported the attack and said, "Girls going to pubs is not acceptable."

In the same year as the pub attack, Pravin Valke, founder of Ram Sene justified the incident to The Indian Express thus: "These girls come from all over India, drink, smoke, and walk around in the night spoiling the traditional girls of Mangalore.
Why should girls go to pubs?
Are they going to serve their future husbands alcohol?
Should they not be learning to make chapattis [Indian bread]?
Bars and pubs should be for men only.
We wanted to ensure that all women in Mangalore are home by 7 p.m."

As per media reports Pramod Muthalik is accused in 45 cases

Shri Ram Sena organization and Pramod Mutalik.

His organization is against female visiting pubs , does it mean that if BJP comes to power  they will make the law and ban the females visiting Pub?
