2G scam CBI Court issues summons Bharti Airtel Chairman Sunil Mittal Essar Group  Ravi Ruia Asim Ghosh

December 21, 202 CBI filed a chargesheet in this case.
CBI  had named former Telecom Secretary Shyamal Ghosh and three telecom firms

1.  
Bharti Cellular Ltd

2.  
Hutchison Max Pvt Ltd (now known as Vodafone India Ltd)

3.  
Sterling Cellular Ltd (now known as Vodafone Mobile Service Ltd)

As accused in the case.

CBI has booked all the accused for the offences of criminal conspiracy (120-B) of the IPC and under provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

A special CBI court took cognizance of the charge sheet filed against Airtel, Vodafone and others for alleged irregularities in the allocation of additional spectrum to them during the NDA regime.

The court issued summons against

To appear before the court on April 11.
