BJP Suspends Lawyer Ram Jethmalani from Party

Today BJP suspended lawyer Ram Jethmalani from the Party with immediate effect.

Congress party appointed CBI chief without asking BJP so BJP was criticizing the Congress and same time Ram Jethmalani supported Congress Government in this matter.

Because of this and few other reasons today BJP suspended lawyer Ram Jethmalani from BJP

Lawyer Ram Jethmalani is MP, Upper house member that is Rajya Sabha member.

Under article, 25 of BJP Constitution BJP suspended him.

But as Ram Jethmalani is MP, only parliamentary board can expel him

Media reported that party is likely to decide on action against Jethmalani at the Parliamentary Board meeting on Monday at 4:30 pm. The action could be expulsion from the party itself.

 


BJP should suspend the party members who are accused of doing corruption.
