Pune University External Courses Online Exam Form Submission

Students, who have enrolled for the University of Pune's (UoP) external courses, are now required to furnish their exam forms through an online process run by the state-owned Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL).

The new online process opened on July 20 for the university exams that are scheduled for October/November 2012 and March/April 2013 sessions.

Students are required to visit 

www.mkcl.ws/puext

For submitting their forms online by creating their login ID and password.

Note - Only IE Browser will work other browsers will not open the site.
If you use Firefox, Opera, or other browser to open the site you will see following message.

Exam forms for
1.  
BA

2.  
B.Com

3.  
MA (Arts)

4.  
MA (mental moral and social sciences)

5.  
MA/M.Sc. (Math’s)

Can be furnished online from July 20 to August 3 for the October/November 2012 session and from July 20 to August 20 for the March/April 2013 session.

From academic year 2012-13 registration / examination form fee and other fee will be accepted by SBI challan only.
(Any type of fees will not be accepted in the form of Demand Draft or any other mode of payment)

PROCESS OF FEE PAYMENT THROUGH S.B.I CHALLAN

1.
After filling online examination form take a print of form along with duly filled personalized SBI challan (there are 2 copies in single A-4 size paper 1 for Bank and 1 for Student) generated by system.

2.
Student Visits nearest SBI bank on next working day along with duly filled challan and pay fee amount in cash as printed on the challan. Bank will issue transaction ID and acknowledgement on student copy of challan.

3.
Please pay applicable fee before last date printed on challan. If candidate makes payment of fees after last date printed on the challan, the application form will not be processed. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

4.
After making payment of fees in SBI, write the transaction id provided by the bank on the application form and send the form along with required documents and one Xerox copy of challan on which bank has given acknowledgement to MKCL by Post only.

5.
After making payment of fee in SBI bank, you will get confirmation of fee receipt after minimum two working days by entering form number in “Application Status” on website www.mkcl.ws/puext and/or by SMS.

From 1st July Call center numbers will be changed new number-9326552525.
Old number will be not available from 1st July 2012
