I think we have to wait and watch and then see how many corrupt civil members will creep into this.
Why do we always blame the politicians and government employes? Are we not equally corrupt? Do we not have an equal responsibility? Why do i bribe the traffic police a Rs.100 when I am caught for speeding the red light instead of going to the court. Giving bribe is also a crime. But we comfortably forget that.

The problem is of laws, which are made in such a way that one has to pay the bribe.
Good idea. This will slightly discourage corrupt people from joining the committee.
