Rahul Gandhi spent a lot of time in Bihar and Congress could win just 4 seats.

In state election, people tend to vote for local party but this is very impressive win...they did something right.

I think this is basically Nitish's victory and not Congress's defeat - because right now Bihar needs Nitish Kumar and they can see it. I hope he continues to do his work and he finds support from all quarters.
