India laws outdated case study : uphaar cinema
Uphaar cinema fire occurred on Friday, June 13, 1997 at Uphaar Cinema, Delhi. According to reports, the fire began in the car park and engulfed the cinema. 59 people died and over a hundred were seriously injured
Gopal and Sushil Ansal, the owners of Uphaar cinema where 59 people were killed in 1997, were convicted by a court for causing death by negligent act. The offence carries a maximum punishment of two years of imprisonment.

This is 2009 and still the case is going on
justice delay is justice denied.

This shows that our judicial system has problems and rich people can brake the laws freely and enjoy there life forever on the name of appeal.

We hope uphaar criminals will be send to jail before there death.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIDE.

WE NEED PROVISION TO SUE GOVERMENT OR SUPREMECOURT OF INDIA FOR DELAY IN JUSTICE.
