Kerala Govt good initiative : limited children.------- india

Recently government of kerala has decided to limit the population of people in the state.Today india is facing many problems and for every problem population is one of reason or contributes towards it directly or indirectly.But no political party is willing to accept that india needs limit of children per married couple the reason is illitrate politicians, many politicians have more than 2 or 4 or even 6 children.kerala government is planning to punish couples who will have more than 2 children its very good thought.We hope goverment of kerala implements the new thought.new law or like good projects as they are destined to go to dusty cabinets permanantly.or say waste basket.
