India ,Do we have rule of law or mob rules ?

India ,Do we have rule of law or mob rules ?
In a past year if you see the happenings in society,one has to ask ,do we have the rule of law.
Any political party without fear of law, takes law into there hands and orders common citizen to do what they feel is correct.
Any one can do a Chakka Jam, meaning blocking the highways ,roads for hours without allowing medical patients,ambulance to go to hospital ,Its ok if the person dies because of chakka jam .Because there demand is more important than human life.

Do you think anything is bigger and important than human life ?
