The US has rejected India's contention that it has misconstrued salary details in the visa application of Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade  maid  asserting there is "no goof up" and that the case against her is on a firm footing.

If she gets full diplomatic immunity, she can travel outside the country.

But later on in in future she were to return to the US on a visit and if she then does not have the immunity, she could face arrest on the charges against her and be prosecuted.

It is clear that the salary details required on the visa application form are that of the employee and not the employer,"

Khobragade's domestic help Sangeeta's family was evacuated to the US because the Justice Department was compelled to make sure that victims, witnesses and their families were safe and secure while cases were pending.

Nothing is wrong in giving full protection to witness and his family

Just check that American or European citizens are following Indian laws properly

Just check that are they American or European citizens are paying minimum Indian wages to their employees

The best solution for India is that they should bring back diplomat to India and forget about the case and advise her in future never to visit America
