A letter to best friend
A letter to best friend
My Dearest Best Friend,
I was thinking about how to tell you this, and I realized that life is far too short to leave important words unspoken. So I’m writing this letter for you — something you can always read whenever you feel sad or alone. Tomorrow is never promised, and if I’m not here to say these things, at least you’ll have them in my words.
I know I can sometimes be difficult, maybe even annoying, but I came into your life with one purpose to make a difference in the best way possible. You may doubt me someday, or think I’ve forgotten you, but I promise I never will. Life has struggles, but I want you to keep your head held high, because you truly deserve happiness.
Every night, I pray for you — for your peace, your health, and your joy. You should always be proud of who you are, because I am. I want to be the kind of friend you can call at 1 a.m., the one you can trust with your heart, the one who makes you laugh until you cry. Please don’t let anyone bring you down you are amazing, and anyone who says otherwise is simply wrong.
When you are sad, remember that God sees every tear and will wipe them away. You are in His hands, and everything will be okay. Words will never be strong enough to express how much you mean to me, or how grateful I am for the happiness you’ve given me. You’ve made me a better person — someone I never thought I could be — and I thank you deeply for that.
So whatever is bothering you, remember this: life is tough, but so are you. I will always hold your hand, I will always love you, and if you ever forget, you can read this letter again and again.
I love you, always.
Your best friend
