Story Plot of  The Family Man Season 2 – 

The Family Man follows the story of Srikant Tiwari, who works as a senior analyst in the fictional Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), which is a part of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India. 

He is a married man with two kids, and the first season follows an investigation of a potential terrorist attack, while simultaneously following his slightly unsettled family life

In Second Season we see that Tiwari leaves his Job , and accepts the corporate job 9 to 5 to keep his family happy, but nothing changes in his family life. 

He misses the old life and tries to keep tabs on the latest security threats. Or, as his partner J.K  puts it - he’s suffering from ‘major FOMO’.

His Corporate Manager always reminds him Do No be a Minimum Guy , will always give you a smile whenever Manager and Tiwari interact with each other.

Tiwari tries to do his job but he is unhappy and family circumstances , makes him to resign from his corporate job and join again TASC force.

In season 2 we see the story of Srilankan Tamil Rebels. 

The Srilankan Rebel groups one of the men is in India and Government of Srilanka wants him get arrested and deported to Sri Lanka. Indian Prime Minister Basu agrees to this and later the wanted man gets killed in India and Srilankan Rebel group chief Bhaskarn thinks his brother was murdered by Indian government. He decides to take revenge and plans to murder Indian Prime Minister Basu. Indian Intelligence informs this to Government of India and it becomes  job of the  TASK to eliminate rebel group who were given the job of killing Indian PM 

Review of the Series The Family Man 2 – 

Background Music is Good 

Acting – Very good acting by everyone. 

Raji gave excellent performance , her transformation from a simple girl to rebel group commando is excellent,  for a second, she is simple girl and next she becomes commando transformation , her expressions are great.

The fight scenes , the chase scene where Tiwari and his men tries to capture Raji are very good.

Raji wins the heart excellent performance 

Manoj Bajpayee and others also gave very good performance. 

If you have not seen season 1 of family man , then please see the 1st season then watch season 2 to enjoy fully.

On 24 May 2021, the Government of Tamil Nadu wrote to the Union government seeking immediate action either to stop or ban the release of The Family Man-2 web series on Amazon Prime Video across the country. Information Technology Minister of Tamil Nadu, in his letter to Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, said, "the web series (due to release in June 2021) not only hurt the sentiments of Eelam Tamils but also the feelings of the people of Tamil Nadu and if allowed to broadcast, it would be prejudicial to the maintenance of harmony in the State”. Several other Tamil Nadu political leaders, condemned the series, stating that, the series depicts Tamilians as terrorists and demanded a pan-India ban.

The second season was scheduled to be aired on 12 February 2021 but was delayed, and it was finally released on 4 June 2021.

My own feeling is that After Tandav and other censorship issues The Family Man season 2 got censored by one or few groups of people including government agencies.
