Full Text of Election Commission Order Which Helped Ahmed Patel Win Rajya Sabha

Law - If the ballot is seen by a person other than the authorized person then it is liable to be rejected.
Last year BJP also enjoyed the benefit of the above law.

One Rajya Sabha Seat started the political war between Congress Party and BJP.

BJP played hard and tried to see that Ahmed Patel loses the Rajya Seat. But  Ahmed Patel won the Upper House seat.
In this win of Ahmed Patel, the order of Election Commission played important role which help Patel to win that seat.

the Election Commission on Tuesday disqualified two votes by Congress MLAs that were in favor of the BJP.
The Commission’s order comes after the Congress petitioned it saying the two MLAs showed their vote to the BJP agent and therefore stands invalid. The two MLAs are Bhola Bhai Gohil and Raghav Bhai Patel
