Case 3 – Sushma Swaraj and PM Narendra Modi?

Every time scandals surfaced during the UPA regime, Opposition party BJP did not let Parliament function for weeks. Hundreds of hours of parliamentary business were wasted.
The BJP would relent only when the minister in question resigned owning moral responsibility.

Now what PM Narendra Modi should do?

Should he ask Sushma Swaraj to resign?

Helping Fugitive is a crime

Just think that Fugitive is running he asks you water and you give him water and someone informs about that to police then what will happen?

Police will reward you or arrest you or give you danda on your ass before arresting you for questioning.

Sushma should not only be forced to resign but should also be arrested for helping a criminal. If this can be done to a common man, it should also be done to the minister. India law should the same for all. But we know the law is not the same for all. Take the case of Salman and Jayalalitha.
