Haryana Politicians double their benefits but no money for farmers who suffered crop loss
Haryana elected politicians gifted themselves laptops, hike in car loans amount, and hike in home loan amount.
Haryana Government has been accused of not helping farmers in distress and need.

The legislators have also been given more money for private staff.

The agriculture minister of Haryana, Om Prakash Dhankar said following regarding farmers who commit suicide
"According to Indian law, suicide is a crime. A person who commits suicide runs away from his responsibilities. Such people are cowards and the government cannot stand by such cowards, such criminals,"
Defending his comments he also said that "Suicide par Naatak ho rahaa hai. What happened in Delhi was drama, motivated murder. Haryana is the land of the brave. We don't want to encourage suicides here. People who commit suicide are running away from their duties and transferring the burden to their wives and children."
As per media reports the government, in its special girdawari report till April 22, assessed the crop damage to more than 13 lakh acres in the state. Crops on 3.17 lakh acres suffered damage between 76 per cent and 100 per cent, 1.92 lakh acres suffered damage between 51 per cent and 75 per cent; and 8.24 lakh acres between 26 per cent and 50 per cent.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar told to media that Of the total amount for the crop loss, Rs 720 crore will be provided by the Centre while the remaining Rs 372 crore will be provided by the state government.
The compensation would be disbursed by May 15
Farmers need to unite and form their own political parties local parties and should contest elections that’s only one solution otherwise nothing is going to change in India.
