Satyam Scam Sebi bans Ramalinga Raju for 14 years asked to return Rs 1,849 crore

Satyam Computer Services Ltd scam [Satyam Scam] happened in year 2009

After 5 year and half now Sebi barred erstwhile
1-Satyam Computer’s founder B Ramalinga Raju
2-Raju’s brother B Rama Raju (then Managing Director of Satyam),
3-Vadlamani Srinivas (ex-CFO),
4-G Ramakrishna (ex-vice president)
5-VS Prabhakara Gupta (Ex-Head of Internal Audit)

From markets for 14 years and asked them to return Rs 1,849 crore worth of unlawful gains with interest.

The money needs to be deposited with Sebi within 45 days, while interest would be levied at 12 per cent per annum with effect from January 7, 2009

Sebi needs to be given more powers, with powers to send the white collar criminals to jail should be mandatory for SEBI to send them jail not as per SEBI officials will

The name is s atyam but action is asatyam.Numerous other entrepreneurs also may be in the same track.
