The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Sadar) IAS officer Durga Shakti Nagpal in Gautam Budh Nagar district was suspended on July 27 on charges of ordering the demolition of the wall of an illegal under-construction mosque at Kadalpur village.

As per law and Supreme Court Judgments her actions are legal 100%

For honesty first UP government suspended IAS officer Durga Shaki Nagpal showing to Indians and everyone that Government is supreme and IAS officers are parrots just like CBI officers

But there are few exceptions and such exception is IAS officer Durga Shakti Nagpal.

Without fearing anything and without caring for her own life she fought like Bhagat Singh against the corrupt people and system and then she was given award, award of suspension.

Not satisfied with this now UP government has to achieve Sone Pay Suhaga they served the chargesheet to honest officer Durga Shaki Nagpal a fearless lady of India who is fighting alone with corruption.

10-page charge sheet was issued by the State Appointment and Personnel Department.

The 10-page chargesheet has accused Ms Nagpal of flouting the norms laid down for ordering the demolition,

The notice says that bureaucrat should have first served a notice before bringing down the wall.

She has been asked to file a reply within 15 days.

Media reported that Copies of the charge sheet and the suspension order have been sent to the Central government.

As per TOI  UP government letters say following –
There was no tension or complaints about the construction of a wall surrounding the mosque in Kadalpur village of Gautam Budh Nagar.
In addition, no complaint had been registered over the construction of the wall on government land.
Despite these facts, Ms Durga Shakti Nagpal visited the village on July 27 and without reason or provocation, demolished the under-construction wall.
There is a proper procedure that needs to be followed to remove encroachment from gram Sabha land.
However, the officer did not follow the laid down procedure in demolishing the wall.
In the month of Ramzan, her actions affected the communal harmony of the village.
Her actions were untimely, lacking in vision and reflected poor administrative acumen.
