sm, Thanks for the list of cancer fighting food...I didn't know about cruciferous veggies..googled and came to know that there are quite a few regularly consumed veggies that are called cruciferous veggies...If possible add list of those veggies there.
Our Indian diet covers this list quite well.I am surprised to know 5 types of berries have cancer fighting properties.Our Indian berry Amla should get in the list.
