Power of American Law Effects of American Law Crime in other nation and fined in USA

USA is no.1 country because of its laws, enforcement agencies and citizens of America and their culture.

Few examples to understand Effects of American Law and power of American Law.

Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, a legislation that provides for extraterritorial jurisdiction for US courts over actions brought where US investors or markets are harmed by actions outside the United States.

When someone does, a crime in any nation and crime got a little bit connection with the USA then he becomes criminal under American law, he gets punished in USA, and power is such that crime happens in other nations and fine is paid in USA for that crime.

Few examples to know and understand the power of American laws

1.
Standard Chartered, a UK bank, was accused of violating US law. The bank stands accused of hiding transactions for "Iranian financial institutions" that were subject to US economic sanctions.

2.
In 2010, industrial group Daimler, the owner of Mercedes-Benz, pleaded guilty in the US to corruption charges after admitting to paying tens of millions of dollars in bribes to government officials in at least 22 countries. The bribes were not paid in the US, yet the German company agreed to pay US authorities $185m (£118m) to settle the case.

3.
In 2008, the German industrial group Siemens paid $800m to settle a US investigation into bribes paid to government officials in Argentina, Bangladesh, Iraq, and Venezuela.

4.
In 2009, Gary Kaplan, the boss of London-based gambling company BetOnSports, fell foul of a US law that bans Americans from placing bets online even on websites outside the US. He was jailed for four years.

5.
In 2006, three British former NatWest bankers were extradited to the US to face fraud charges.

6.
UK businessman Christopher Tappin was extradited to the US on charges of exporting parts for Iranian missiles.

We should always support such American laws because these laws punish the criminals.

Criminal should get punishment somewhere
Not in my nation
Feel happy if he gets punished in USA-by-USA Justice System and Courts.

Uhhh... I'm pretty sure that the States aren't #1 with their laws. Way too much corruption.
