Madhya Pradesh Govt. to provide Rs.12, 000 to new fresher advocates Enact Advocates Protection Act

Madhya Pradesh chief Minister in an Advocates Panchayat said that


State government will provide financial assistance of Rs 12,000 to advocate fresher’s for setting up offices to practice law.
The state government would revive the State Law Commission (and) will provide a lump sum assistance of Rs 12,000 to new entrants in the profession to help them start practice and set up their offices.

CM also said regarding enactment of Advocates Protection Act legal opinion will be sought.

He also announced an ex-gratia of Rs one lakh to the kin of lawyers in case of death.
The Bar Council also awards them the equal amount.
He said that a special fund would be created for the treatment of advocates suffering from serious diseases.
