 Anna Hazare starts campaign so Maharashtra will get Strong Lokayukta

From today that is May 1, 2012 Anna started an awareness campaign for a strong Lokayukta bill in the Maharashtra state.


Anna started his campaign from Shirdi. Shirdi is a famous for Sai Baba Temple.

During this 5 week campaign, Anna will meet presidents of all political parties in the state to push for a Lokayukta Bill.

One of the aim of the campaign is to raise support for a strong Lokayukta or ombudsman with the power to investigate complaints of corruption against politicians and bureaucrats at the centre and state level.

As per Media reports MNS supported or seems supporting Anna Hazare.

It seems Shivsena does not support.

Congress and BJP I can only say Kya Kehna
