In Movies Name of Prime Minister Cannot be used – Censor Board
'Mr.Bhatti On Chutti' Anupam Kher

Anupam Kher has twitted that Censor board asks makers of my film 'Mr.Bhatti On Chutti' to mute the names of George Bush and Manmohan Singh.

Movie Name - Mr.Bhatti On Chutti
Release Date – June 21
Actors – Anupam Kher
Story Plot - group of Indian tourists visiting the Lake District in Cumbria, Britain. But they get mixed up in the saga of a missing British woman.

Anupam Kher posted that Muting his name will mutilate the film,"

Basic question is do we got the fundamental rights?

If the movie is not defaming Prime Ministers name in movie then why the name should be muted.

If the name is muted this means that Indian movie makers cannot use the name of Prime Minister in the movies.
This also means that you cannot use the name of any politicians name in the movie?

Reality in India is that Censor Board allow or not allow if you make a political movie in India everyone one needs to take the permission of concern political party before releasing the movie and have to cut all the shots and anything from the movie demanded by the politician and his party workers.

India is a democratic nation in books but in reality India is mobocratic nation where mob rules and not the laws.
