Agent Vinod Pyaar Ki Pungi copied or inspired from Soosan Khanoom Barobax Iranian music band issued legal notice
The music band Barobax Corp was founded in 2003 by three Iranian nationals Kashayar Haghgoo, Kevian Haghgoo and Hamid Farouzmand.
January 16,2010 Barobax released an album titled Soosan Khanoom.
Last year in June the song was registered in under copyright act of Canada and Barobax owns the copy right of the songs.
The band saw the promotion of song Pyaar ki Pungi on TV and on listening to the song, the band realized that the initial portion of the song is lifted without any change from the title song of their album.
After that band sent their representative to India to start and take legal action as music of the song is registered no one can use it without the permission of the band.
Now the band has sent legal notice to music director Pritam, Eros International Media, Illuminati Films Private Ltd and Super Cassettes Ltd.

copy in any form is despicable.
however, i have listened to the initial parts of both the tracks and may be i m wrong. but i couldn't find much similarities.
