AAP Yogendra Yadav Prashant Bhushan removed from PAC

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan has been shunted out of the party's Political Affairs Committee.

The above decision was taken in the National Executive meeting of AAP held in New Delhi on Wednesday.

20 National Executive members attended the meeting
Number of National Executive members = 20
Number of members voted to remove = 11
Number of members who supported Yadav and Bhushan = 8
Kumar Vishwas, who chaired the meeting, did not vote.

Bhushan told to media that "Members of the PAC have decided that Yogendra Yadav and me will no more be a part of it,"

Yogendra Yadav told to media that "I am not authorised to divulge the decision made at the national executive meet,"

Following are reasons why Yadav and Bhushan both were removed from the PAC

1-
Yogendra Yadav and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had turned bitter on the issue of expansion of the party beyonf Delhi.

2-
Demand by Yadav and founder member Prashant Bhushan that Kejriwal step down as the AAP's national convenor.

3-
Yadav and Bhushan along with Shanti Bhushan had attacked Kejriwal alleging that AAP had become one man-centric.
