Black Money German List names of 18 Indians revealed by Indian Government

Supreme Court ordered to Government of India  in 2011 to make public the names of account holders in LGT bank received by it in 2009 from German tax authorities, Centre has not done nothing

Why Supreme Court of India waited for 3 years?
Reason I do not know

Government of India after 3 years of delay now has revealed the names of 18 Indians who kept money outside of India
The government today placed 18 names and documents of account holders in Liechtenstein Bank in Germany before the Supreme Court in a sealed cover.

Germany gave names to other countries also, they took the action, got the money back even sent the people to jail

But in India after 3 years names are revealed to Supreme Court of India in sealed cover  with little action as good as nothing

Government of India told to SC that Income Tax probe is complete in all 18 cases and prosecution has been launched in 17 as one person has died.

The names, listed in Centre's affidavit, include
Mohan Manoj Dhupelia,
Ambrish Manoj Dhupelia,
Bhavya Manoj Dhupelia,
Manoj Dhupelia
Rupal Dhupelia from Ambrunova Trust
Marline Management

Centre said that IT department also found evidence against
Four members of Manichi Trust—
Hasmuk Ishwarlal Gandhi,
Chintan Hasmukh Gandhi,
Madhu Hasmukh Gandhi
Late Mirav Hasmukh Gandhi.

It said that prosecution has been initiated against
Chandrakant Ishwarlal Gandhi,
Rajest Chandrakant Gandhi,
Viraj Chandrakant Gandhi
Dhanalaxmi Chandrakant Gandhi from Ruvisha Trust

Names of Arunkumar Ramniklal Mehta and Harshad Ramnikal Mehta from Dainese Stiftung and Dryade Satiftunf trust was also mentioned in the list.

K M Mammen from Webster Foundation, Arun Kochhar from Urvashi Foundation and Ashok Jaipuria from Raj Foundation were also named.

Centre also placed in a sealed envelope the names of other individulas with respect of eight other cases in which it found no evidence of tax evasion and asked a bench headed by Justice H L Dattu not to make public those names.
