No Equality of Law in India Case Sanjay Dutt versus Zaibunissa and others

No Equality of Law in India Case Sanjay Dutt versus Zaibunissa and others

Sanjay Dutt was found guilty by all the courts of India including Supreme Court of India.
Sanjay Dutt had been asked by the court to surrender by April 18, 2013.

The Supreme Court of India on 17 April 2013 gave actor Sanjay Dutt four more weeks to surrender in the 1993 Bombay blasts case on humanitarian grounds as a number of projects in Bollywood were riding on him.

Zaibunissa was charged for possessing illegal arms and ammunition and under TADA Act.
The 71-year-old Zaibunissa's sentence of five years by the Bombay High court was upheld by the Supreme Court.

Sanjay Dutt was given six year but here also He got 1 year reduced.

On Medical grounds, she wanted more time for surrender but there was no compassion and humanity towards medical needs if they really existed.

On 16 April 2013 - Honorable Supreme Court of India denied the review petition of

1.
Zaibunissa Kazi

2.
Kersi Bapuji Adjania

3.
Yusuf Khan

4.
Ranjit Kumar Singh

5.
Altaf Ali Sayed

Not all the five persons are rich, they are not celebrity, and they do not belong to Politicians family

Is this the reason Supreme Court of India did not allow them extra time to surrender?

Why Sanjay Dutt was given time?

Sanjay Dutt is a rich man; he belongs to the family of politicians.
Sanjay Dutt is a celebrity he is a Movie Star.

In this case, each accused was tried under TADA except the Sanjay Dutt who knew top gang leaders.

Filmmakers knew that Sanjay may go to jail and it will create problems for their movies but still they hired him to work in their movies.

They played the gamble with their movies and now why Supreme Court of India is saving their money

If this is the rule Then no doctor should be sent to Jail as Indian needs more doctors , citizens of India needs the doctors , they all should be released immediately on the humanitarian ground as our villages need the services of doctors.

Once again, this case proves that India is not a democratic nation

India is a Country for Rich  for the Rich By the Rich for the benefit of Rich and Powerful

If you are common citizen, you are just a slave.

Media has reported that Sanjay Dutt will not be entitled to any further extension of time hereafter.

May be on these grounds what about new grounds if they come into play tomorrow that is after 4 Weeks.

Do you think?
After 4 Weeks, again he will get more time and unless and until Sanjay Gets Pardon from Politicians this will continue more time more relief to rich and famous and politicians.

Unfair decision by supreme court..no mechanism exist in India to object this decision. I don't know what Sanjay Dutt is going to gain with four weeks extension?
