Khobragade Visa fraud Maid Sangeeta Richards faces arrest if comes to Delhi

US diplomat Devyani Khobragade's father had approached the Delhi Police with the complaint

On October 9, 2013 Police had registered FIR against Sangeeta and Philip Richards, the couple on the complaint of US diplomat Devyani Khobragade.

Philip had been examined by the police

Later police got a non bailable warrant against Sangeeta

Now if Sangeeta Richards comes to India she faces arrest

Now only option for Sangeeta and her husband is that they get an asylum in US or US gives them  green card
