Media Reported that Taliban cadres are being paid 100 pounds (over $150) a month for desisting from action and will be allowed to keep their weapons as part of a new initiative to end the insurgency in Afghanistan.
On Sunday Daily Telegraph reported that The "reintegration" programme, which has the full support of NATO, is intended to keep them from attacking troops of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF)
The agreement is part of a policy signed by the British government in which insurgents are being allowed to "walk off the battlefield" and enter a "reintegration" scheme.
The amnesty extends to all Taliban fighters, including those involved in atrocities, such as killing children, beheadings or hanging women or who have attacked and killed British forces.
Amnesty means they will not be put on trial.
As per the contract or deal or plan that is amnesty scheme no Taliban fighter will face trial ,Court Case , fighters will get permit to keep their guns after they 'walk off the battlefield'.
Instead of Punishing them as per the amnesty plan the criminals or killers are asked
to fill up a questionnaire to seek from them their reasons for joining the insurgency.
More than 2700 insurgents got the benefit of this scheme.
Media also reported that 2,000 Taliban fighters have been 'reintegrated' following implementation of the programme in violent regions such as Helmand - where over 400 British troops have been killed in conflict and more than 5,000 were wounded

In India we know that how for few hundred rupees or few dollars people sign up for drug trials.
What is the use of sacrifice of British Soldiers who died fighting war against terror?
I do not think one can win the war of terror by paying the money; they will not fight until they get money.
Once you stop them paying they will again go to their old ways of terror thinking that it’s ok we will start the war and later again we will get 100 Pounds or 150 dollar a month.

The man identified as Harvinder Singh slapped Union Agriculture
Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar at the NDMC
Centre in New Delhi.
Pawar lost his balance but remained unperturbed after the assault and moved
towards the exit of the auditorium and got into his waiting car.
When slapped he was shouting against corruption cases and price rise.
After slapping Pawar, Singh also brandished a small knife and threatened to kill politicians accused of being involved in corruption cases.
This is my answer to corrupt politicians," shouted Harvinder Singh as he took out his kirpan before he was whisked away by security guards. He was later arrested by the Delhi police.
Harvinder told to Media that he does not fear for consequences and he did not slap for the publicity.
Further he said to media that "I would have killed him if I had my kripan today."
He said that he was tired of scams in the country.

He said that Prices of all essential commodities are rising.
Anna Hazare demanded Jan Lokpal Bill but it did not work.

Harvinder Singh is a resident of Rohini in Delhi and is a tempo driver.
He is nearly 30 years old.
This is another sign that anger is rising in the Indian Youth against corruption and where and how it will affect the India no one can say.

Anna Hazare said that in coming elections no one should use his name while campaigning for elections.
Anna Hazare decided that all the 34 district heads working for his Bhrashtachar Virodhi Jan Aandolan Trust (BVJAT) should go to all the states in the country to create awareness about the Jan Lokpal Bill.
At a two-day annual convention in Hazare's village Ralegansiddhi
Over 150 representatives from 34 districts in the state were present at the convention.
In a Meeting BJVT also decided strategy to support clean candidates in forthcoming elections.
Anna Hazare has prepared a booklet on Jan Lokpal Bill in Marathi and soon it will be translated in Hindi.
I hope that the booklet will be translated in English also.
Following is the list of 17 people who will visit 22 states to build support for the Jan
Lokpal bill.

2. Lucknow, the capital, would be a part of Awadh Pradesh which will have 14 districts
3. Bundelkhand has seven districts;

I think that opposition parties opposed the decision only for the benefit of their own political gains.
They did not think about the future of Uttar Pradesh.
But Mayawati is a strong leader, an action taking leader and India needs a Prime Minister like her not a someone who never speaks or does nothing.
From year 2007 Mayawati was trying this and today she did it with full confidence, full power for the benefit of Uttar Pradesh.

Saturday –
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a new case about discrepancies in 2G spectrum allocation during BJP leader Pramod Mahajan's tenure.
On Saturday CBI raided Vodafone office in Mumbai and Airtel office in Gurgaon.
CBI also conducted raids at the residences of former Telecom Secretary Shyamal
Ghosh and former director of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) JR Gupta.
After carrying out searches CBI registered a case against ex-telecom secretary Shyamal Ghosh and the two telecom service providers for alleged irregularities in spectrum allocation.
Shyamal Ghosh was the Telecom Secretary when Pramod Mahajan was the Telecom Minister.
He has been charged with conspiracy, criminal misconduct and abusing official position.
The additional spectrum was given at low revenue share to telecom giants like Vodafone and Bharti Airtel.
Everything is happening because of Supreme Court of India.
Supreme Court ordered preliminary enquiry spectrum allocation during tenures of former telecom ministers Mahajan, Arun Shourie and Dayanidhi Maran.
In September CBI had submitted its report on Shourie and Maran.
Now the new case has been registered.
After Preliminary inquiry first case was registered against Maran and now this is the 2nd case registered.
CBI's preliminary enquiry report had indicted the late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan for favoring private companies and causing losses to the Indian Citizens.
Mahajan had allotted additional spectrum beyond 6.2 MHZ and up to 10 MHZ by charging only additional 1 per cent revenue share.
Media has reported that the above decision had caused revenue loss of Rs 565 crores to
Department of Telecom (DoT).

Currently Sukhram is 84 Years old.
In 2002, he was awarded a three-year jail term under the Prevention of Corruption Act in a case that caused a loss of Rs.1.66 crore to the state exchequer that is he caused loss to the every citizen of India.
Case – In 2002 he got punishment for causing a loss of Rs 1.66 crore to public exchequer in award of a contract to a Hyderabad-based firm, Advance Radio Masts for supplying some equipment to the government in collusion with the firm Managing Director Rama Rao.
In 2009, Sukhram was held guilty of possessing disproportionate assets worth Rs.4.25 crore.
Delhi Court found Sukhram guilty of misusing his official position when he was in the P V Narasimha Rao cabinet and giving undue favor to a cable supply company.
Sukhram is currently on out on bail.
1996 –
Telecom Ministry under Sukhram had awarded private firm Haryana Telecom Limited (HTL) a contract worth Rs 30 crore to supply 3.5 Lakh Conductor Kilometers (LCKM) of Polythene Insulated Jelly Filled (PIJF) cables to the telecom department.
In this case another accused HTL chairman Devinder Singh Choudhary died during the trial.
The CBI, in its charge sheet had accused Sukh Ram of allegedly showing undue favor in supply of excess quantity of cable and acceptance of Rs.3 lakh.
Special Judge R P Pandey said that "It is a matter of common knowledge that it is virtually impossible to get any direct evidence where both i.e. bribe giver and the person who takes the bribe, worked in joint concert,"
In his order Judge said that Sukhram also obtained (illegal) gratification other than legal remunerations from Choudhary as a motive or reward for showing the favor to the said firm (HTL),"
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special judge R.P. Pandey said: ‘The accused (Sukh Ram) is convicted under various provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act and section 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of Indian Penal Code.’
Sukhram has been convicted for the offences which entail a maximum punishment of seven years imprisonment.
In next hearing Judge will announce the sentence to Sukhram.
Now again Sukhram will file appeal in this case and then again he will file appeal
He will fight the case up to Supreme Court of India.

Thus to reduce the influence and reduce tobacco consumption ,smoking among Indians the Union Ministry of health and family has made it compulsory to have health spots and scrolls to have health spots and scrolls talking about ill effects of tobacco compulsory in all old and new films and TV shows showing smoking scenes..
Thus now on all on screen programs old or new TV shows or Films must have strong editorial justification for showing of tobacco products and the actor concerned must give a disclaimer of 20 seconds each regarding the bad effects of the use of such products.
This disclaimer warning has to be used in the beginning and middle of the film or the TV shows.
The film and TV shows must also show strong anti tobacco health spots or messages of minimum 30 seconds duration each at the beginning and middle of the film or the TV show.
Besides a strong anti tobacco health warning must be there as a scroll at the bottom of the screen during the period of such smoking scene.
All old movies or TV shows produced before November 14, 2011 must be shown to be telecasted at such timings that are likely to have minimum viewer ship.
They also must carry show anti tobacco health spots to messages and anti tobacco health warnings.
To restrict the display of tobacco brands in old films and TV shows the new rules make it mandatory, compulsory to crop or mask display of brands of Cigarettes or any other tobacco product, their close-ups.
In news films and TV shows such scenes have to be edited or blurred by the producer before the screening.
The ban on display of tobacco products or its usage also extends to promotional materials and posters as well.
I do not think TV is only responsible for increase in use of smoking and tobacco products.
Best solution is increasing the taxes and increases the prices of tobacco products.

After that, airlines must either return to a gate or provide passengers who
wish to leave planes with some other means of safely getting off.
Airlines that violate the rule can be fined as much as $27,500 per passenger.
The rule has since been extended to international flight delays, which are capped at four hours.
On May 29 American Eagle Airlines had tarmac delays of more than three hours on 15 flights arriving at O'Hare International Airport.
A total of 608 passengers were aboard the delayed flights.
The Department of Transportation said it has fined a regional affiliate of American Airlines $900,000 for keeping hundreds of passengers cooped up for hours on planes in Chicago earlier this year
The department said that The airline must pay $650,000 of the fine within 30 days, the department said. But up to $250,000 can be credited for refunds, vouchers, and frequent flyer mile awards provided to the passengers on the 15 flights, as well as to passengers on future flights that violate the three-hour rule.
American Eagle said that it has apologized to passengers and provided either travel vouchers or frequent flyer program mileage credit.
What is reason for such punishment?
Its warning to airline companies so that in future such incidents will not happen.

Normally Politicians in India file the defamation cases against the news channels but this time judge has filed the case against Times Now.
Rs.100 Crore fine as damages it is the highest defamation suit in the country.
Broadcast Editors' Association (BEA) said it would discuss the matter and seek legal opinion since the issue had implications for all TV journalists.

While reporting a provident fund scam Times Now had, by mistake, displayed Justice P B Sawant’s image for 15 seconds. The report alleged that several judges were involved in the scam.
The channel had run Justice (retd) P B Sawant's picture instead of another judge in connection with the Provident Fund scam.
After that for 5 days Times Now had shown the apology or regret in a scroll news but it did not satisfy Justice Sawant.
Justice Sawant sent the legal notice to the Times Now.
After that Pune District Court found Times Now guilty and ordered it to pay Rs. 100 crore.
Then Times Now filed an appeal appealed against the Pune District Court order in the Bombay High Court, Bombay High Court ordered Times Now to deposit Rs. 20 Crore and furnish bank guarantee for the balance.
After this Times Now filed appeal in Supreme Court against this order and Supreme Court rejected the appeal and told the Times Now to go to High Court and Pay.
In India, defamation is an offence punishable under section 500 of the IPC with imprisonment for a period of 2 years and/ or fine.
Which Section is used against Bloggers –
Sec 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 makes defamation though internet and other electronic means punishable with 3 years’ imprisonment and/ or fine.
Media TV channels also used the defamation law against bloggers.
Chyetanya Kunte, a blogger criticized NDTV’s coverage of 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai as shoddy journalism he got a defamation notice from Barkha Dutt.
India needs to reform defamation law also.
We need to scrap criminal punishments for the defamation and there should be only civil suits and fines.
Times Now has to pay huge amount but the main question is
if same happens with the common man will he get the damages of Rs. 100 Crore ?

Monday –
MLA YS Vijaya is the mother of Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court ordered the Central Bureau of
Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to probe into the alleged illegal assets of former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu.
A bench comprising justices Ghulam Mohammed and Nooti Ramamohan Rao gave these orders
The court directed CBI, ED and SEBI to complete the investigation and submit reports
independently within three months.
Last Month October 17 YSR Congress honorary President and Pulivendula MLA YS Vijaya. the widow of YSR Reddy filed a petition demanding probe by the CBI and the ED against Naidu in the Court and now Court ordered CBI and ED to conduct probe into the alleged illegal assets of former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu.

He has substantial stake in holding and investment companies viz.,Nirvana Holdings Private Limited, Nirvana power limited, Nirvana logistics and warehousing limited, Nirvana energy limited, Nirvana estates private limited, Niravana Packing private limited, Niravana media private limited, Megabid Finance and investments private Ltd, Heritage foods retail limited, Heritage onpro limited, heritage agro marine private limited, Heritage Fin Lease Limited, Bizpro Technologies Limited, Red Hill logistics and warehousing private limited and Heritage international limited, all of which are from unknown sources.
Sri Naidu has evidently used his mother, his wife and his son to be the conduits of money laundering, and also to obtain benefits from the various corporate houses that he has favored. Apart from these three family members among others.
There are several ingenious ways and means adopted by Sri.Naidu to launder his money through Sri.Chowdary and his group companies. Sri.Chowdary first established a slew of companies to bring Sri.Naidu’s money under the corporate umbrella. Sri.Chowdary created circular transactions among his corporate entities, thereby orchestrating Purchases and Sale sentries running into thousands of crores, so that funds could be moved through books of accounts very effectively and without attracting income tax provisions.
The Total Turnover of Sujana Group companies having manufacturing facilities - Sujana Universal Limited and Sujana Metals Limited (the flagship companies of the Group) - for the financial year 2008-09 was Rs.2149.33 Crores. On the other hand, the group companies which indulged in circular operations involving only trading of Steel Produced by group flagship companies amounted to Rs.4639.38 crores.

Reliance group facilitated the payout of Sri Ramoji Rao’s debts to his depositors.
This was carried out through known associates and friends of Sri Mukesh Ambani.
Two of these known associates of Sri. Ambani and the Reliance Group are Sri.Nimesh Kampani and Sri.Vinay Chajlani.
Sri.Nimesh Kampani extended himself in ensuring that Sri. Ramoji Rao would be bailed out. Within a short span of 37days between December 2007 and January 2008, six “shell companies” were floated on three addresses, which are shown as Sriram Mills Compound, Worli, which is the official address of Reliance Industries Limited. Reliance diverted Rs.2604crores of its shareholders money through the shell companies to Ms.Kampani’s Equator Trading India Limited and Sri.Chajlani’s Anu Trading
It is inexplicable that within 23 days of the very company Equator Trading India Limited being registered, Sri.Ramoji Rao entered into an agreement with that company, which had no known expertise or business. Several documents were also submitted to the Registrar of Companies regarding these transactions. Of the Rs.2604 crore of Reliance money diverted through shell companies, Rs.1,454 crore was routed through Equator Trading, while Rs.1,150 crore was through Anu Trading. Despite Sri.Ramoji’s Ushodaya Enterprises having in curred a loss of Rs.59.19 crore, these companies purchased its
Rs.100 shares at an astronomical premium of Rs.5,28,630 per share. Form 2 dated 30.1.2008 filed by Ushodaya Enterprises with ROC shows shares allotted to Equator Trading Enterprises Ltd at a premium of Rs 5,28,630 per share.
The curious part of the valuation exercise that preceded this grand purchase was that a library comprising film rights of the telugu movies in which thespians like Sri N.T. Rama Rao and A.Nageswara Raoamong others acted, was shown as an asset of Ushodaya Movies one of the proprietary concerns in the HUF of SriRamoji Rao at Rs. 1200 crores. The said proprietary concern had a carry forward loss of around Rs. 1200 crores and the asset was shown as having been sold to Ushodaya Enterprises Private Limited, and shown as an asset of Rs. 1200 crores in the Company which was factored in while valuing the enterprise value of the said Company, leading to a buy-out of a stake at an astronomical premium unheard of in commercial history in the country. The twin advantages of the above operation are that Ramoji Rao HUF in which Ushodaya Movies is a proprietary concern, had the accumulated losses set off by the profits shown in the transaction of sale of film rights to the Company and the Company had swollen its asset base, which is notional, in the form of rights in respect of those movies, which have been taken into consideration for arriving at the enterprise value of Ushodaya Enterprises Private Limited at Rs. 6500crore. No dividend has been declared by the above Company which is valued to be flourishing and it is a sham transaction which is not imbued by considerations of gain and commerce and it is clear that the laundered money has been infused to protect the interests of Sri Ramoji Rao

A book titled ‘Dilemmas In Agriculture - A Personal Story’ published by Vasudaiva Kutumbakam narrates the murder of milk co-operatives by Sri Naidu as Chief Minister
As per the provisions of the New Industrial Policy 1995, Heritage Foods Limited is allowed to keep a sum of Rs.15 crore collected on behalf of the sales tax for a period of 28 years from 1996 to2024. Within this period of 28 years, Heritage Foods Limited will be saving at least a minimum of Rs.300 crore in terms of basic rate of interest given for the deposits by the National Banks.

A company named IOI India headed by C.Suresh gets financial funding from its holding company IOI Mauritius. Sri Naidu is the owner and beneficiary of IOI Mauritius, which is using its subsidiary in India to launder illegal moneys
In the year 2002, the newsmagazine Tehelka reported about Sri.Chandrababu Naidu’s disproportionate assets by naming him as the richest politician in India. They have further reported his indirect holdings in the Hotel industry and with having shopping complexes in Singapore and Malaysia respectively.
Further enquiries in this regard revealed that the land on which the hotel building is located in 1, Unity Street, Singapore,237983 is owned by M/s Parking property pte. limited. The hotel is managed / administered by the famous Park Group on payment on royalty basis. It is interesting to note that 100percent equity in Parksing property pte. limited is held by a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands namely Eagle Force Profits Limited, P.O.Box 957, Road Town, Tortola,British Virgin Islands. This BVI Company in turn is owned by a private discretionary trust in which family Members and relations of Sri Chandrababu Naidu are the beneficiaries
Yeleru Land Scam –
The appointment of Justice B. K. Somasekhara Commission of Inquiry to probe into Yeleru scam was quashed twice by the AP High Court on pure technicalities and never on merits and hence there is no legal impediment for the court to order a CBI probe into the matter. In fact Supreme Court found fault with the AP High Court for looking at technical aspects alone and not merits at public interest and loss to the exchequer
Yeleru scam is a combination of four scams. Last Month October 17 YSR Congress honorary President and Pulivendula MLA YS Vijaya. the widow of YSR Reddy filed a petition demanding probe by the CBI and the ED against Naidu in the Court and now Court ordered CBI and ED to conduct probe into the alleged illegal assets of former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu.

However, Sri.Lokesh obtained his Bachelors Degree(1997-2000) from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University and his Masters (2000-2002) from Stanford University in the

However, he acquired Lands at Nindali village in Nellore Dist of AP and near Bangalore and Mumbai worth of hundreds of crores, apart from the prime property ‘gifted’ to him by his grandmother.
Sri Lokesh has been consistently increasing his stake in Heritage Foods India Limited from nil to 9%. He has substantial stake in holding and investment companies viz.,Nirvana Holdings Private Limited, Nirvana power limited, Nirvana logistics and warehousing limited, Nirvana energy limited, Nirvana estates private limited, Niravana Packing private limited, Niravana media private limited, Megabid Finance and investments private Ltd, Heritage foods retail limited, Heritage onpro limited, heritage agro marine private limited, Heritage Fin Lease Limited, Bizpro Technologies Limited, Red Hill logistics and warehousing private limited and Heritage international limited, all of which are from unknown sources.
Sri Naidu has evidently used his mother, his wife and his son to be the conduits of money laundering, and also to obtain benefits from the various corporate houses that he has favored. Apart from these three family members among others.
There are several ingenious ways and means adopted by Sri.Naidu to launder his money through Sri.Chowdary and his group companies. Sri.Chowdary first established a slew of companies to bring Sri.Naidu’s money under the corporate umbrella. Sri.Chowdary created circular transactions among his corporate entities, thereby orchestrating Purchases and Sale sentries running into thousands of crores, so that funds could be moved through books of accounts very effectively and without attracting income tax provisions.
The Total Turnover of Sujana Group companies having manufacturing facilities - Sujana Universal Limited and Sujana Metals Limited (the flagship companies of the Group) - for the financial year 2008-09 was Rs.2149.33 Crores. On the other hand, the group companies which indulged in circular operations involving only trading of Steel Produced by group flagship companies amounted to Rs.4639.38 crores.

Reliance group facilitated the payout of Sri Ramoji Rao’s debts to his depositors.
This was carried out through known associates and friends of Sri Mukesh Ambani.
Two of these known associates of Sri. Ambani and the Reliance Group are Sri.Nimesh Kampani and Sri.Vinay Chajlani.
Sri.Nimesh Kampani extended himself in ensuring that Sri. Ramoji Rao would be bailed out. Within a short span of 37days between December 2007 and January 2008, six “shell companies” were floated on three addresses, which are shown as Sriram Mills Compound, Worli, which is the official address of Reliance Industries Limited. Reliance diverted Rs.2604crores of its shareholders money through the shell companies to Ms.Kampani’s Equator Trading India Limited and Sri.Chajlani’s Anu Trading
It is inexplicable that within 23 days of the very company Equator Trading India Limited being registered, Sri.Ramoji Rao entered into an agreement with that company, which had no known expertise or business. Several documents were also submitted to the Registrar of Companies regarding these transactions. Of the Rs.2604 crore of Reliance money diverted through shell companies, Rs.1,454 crore was routed through Equator Trading, while Rs.1,150 crore was through Anu Trading. Despite Sri.Ramoji’s Ushodaya Enterprises having in curred a loss of Rs.59.19 crore, these companies purchased its
Rs.100 shares at an astronomical premium of Rs.5,28,630 per share. Form 2 dated 30.1.2008 filed by Ushodaya Enterprises with ROC shows shares allotted to Equator Trading Enterprises Ltd at a premium of Rs 5,28,630 per share.
The curious part of the valuation exercise that preceded this grand purchase was that a library comprising film rights of the telugu movies in which thespians like Sri N.T. Rama Rao and A.Nageswara Raoamong others acted, was shown as an asset of Ushodaya Movies one of the proprietary concerns in the HUF of SriRamoji Rao at Rs. 1200 crores. The said proprietary concern had a carry forward loss of around Rs. 1200 crores and the asset was shown as having been sold to Ushodaya Enterprises Private Limited, and shown as an asset of Rs. 1200 crores in the Company which was factored in while valuing the enterprise value of the said Company, leading to a buy-out of a stake at an astronomical premium unheard of in commercial history in the country. The twin advantages of the above operation are that Ramoji Rao HUF in which Ushodaya Movies is a proprietary concern, had the accumulated losses set off by the profits shown in the transaction of sale of film rights to the Company and the Company had swollen its asset base, which is notional, in the form of rights in respect of those movies, which have been taken into consideration for arriving at the enterprise value of Ushodaya Enterprises Private Limited at Rs. 6500crore. No dividend has been declared by the above Company which is valued to be flourishing and it is a sham transaction which is not imbued by considerations of gain and commerce and it is clear that the laundered money has been infused to protect the interests of Sri Ramoji Rao

As per the provisions of the New Industrial Policy 1995, Heritage Foods Limited is allowed to keep a sum of Rs.15 crore collected on behalf of the sales tax for a period of 28 years from 1996 to2024. Within this period of 28 years, Heritage Foods Limited will be saving at least a minimum of Rs.300 crore in terms of basic rate of interest given for the deposits by the National Banks.

Sri Naidu is the owner and beneficiary of IOI Mauritius, which is using its subsidiary in India to launder illegal moneys
In the year 2002, the newsmagazine Tehelka reported about Sri.Chandrababu Naidu’s disproportionate assets by naming him as the richest politician in India. They have further reported his indirect holdings in the Hotel industry and with having shopping complexes in Singapore and Malaysia respectively.
Further enquiries in this regard revealed that the land on which the hotel building is located in 1, Unity Street, Singapore,237983 is owned by M/s Parking property pte. limited. The hotel is managed / administered by the famous Park Group on payment on royalty basis. It is interesting to note that 100percent equity in Parksing property pte. limited is held by a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands namely Eagle Force Profits Limited, P.O.Box 957, Road Town, Tortola,British Virgin Islands. This BVI Company in turn is owned by a private discretionary trust in which family Members and relations of Sri Chandrababu Naidu are the beneficiaries
Yeleru Land Scam –
The appointment of Justice B. K. Somasekhara Commission of Inquiry to probe into Yeleru scam was quashed twice by the AP High Court on pure technicalities and never on merits and hence there is no legal impediment for the court to order a CBI probe into the matter. The stings carried out with the help of hidden cameras by India T V reporters in Lucknow and Delhi during the month of October and November.
Jitendra Pathak is a man who threw a chappal at Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal on Oct 18 in Lucknow.
Vishnu Gupta, Inder Verma and Tejinderpal Singh Bagga, are the people who beat up Prashant Bhushan in the lawyers chambers in Delhi on October 12.
India TV carried out sting operation on the above persons.
All the above persons on Camera said something else and when there were not on Camera the reality came out from their mouth.
During the Sting Operation Jitendra Pathak said that he planned to use a bomb to attack Anna Hazare himself when he would visit Lucknow.
Pathak said that if Anna Comes to Uttar Pradesh during elections Anna will get killed.
We can make Bomb if other people die let them die.
Inder Verma told to reporters that next target is Medha Patkar and Anna Hazare.
Arun Upadhyay, a friend of Inder Verma, accompanying him during the sting said that they were given laptop and cell phone by a senior Shiv Sena leader after they bashed up Prashant Bhushan.
Arun Upadhyay said that Balasaheb Shiv Sena Supremo has invited us to Matoshree for a meeting. Sanjay raut is our friend. Balasaheb has problems with Anna and his team.
I hope Shiv Sena Will Clarify and give statements regarding these accusations as early as possible.

Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) have prohibited the sale of six products.
Due to misleading claims made in the advertisements published in newspapers.
Pune - FDA prohibited the sale of following six products –
1. Japani oil for male sexual health problems
2. SpeedHeight capsules for increasing height
3. Ratan’s Pursharth massage oil for sexual problems
4. Medora oil and gel for obesity and fat reduction
5. breast care capsule and oil for breast enlargement
6. Safed Musli Power Plus for sexual problems
The manufacturers of the products, most of whom are based in Haridwar,
have been sent notices under the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
the notice has asked companies to immediately stop fake advertisements in newspapers as well as withdraw all leaflets, literature, banners and stickers provided for marketing oils and capsules that are misleading.
If the manufacturer fails to respond to notice, he is liable for prosecution that includes imprisonment up to six months and fine for first time offenders,’’
FDA took the action as newspaper advertisement made misleading claims about the produces which were touted as aphrodisacs.
Joint commissioner ST Patil told to DNA that these claims are false and misguiding people.
There is no scientific proof to back these claims. Under section 3 and 4 of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, it is prohibited to advertise
treatment and cures for certain diseases and disorders that include diabetes, obesity and sexual problems. Hence, we took action against manufacturer under the Act,’’
If the manufacturer fails to respond to notice, he is liable for prosecution that includes imprisonment up to six months and fine for first time offenders,’’
India needs to reform above punishment and punishment should be imprisonment up to 60 Years and fine first time should be more than One Crore.
The above type of punishment will create the fear in the minds of people before giving advertisements, Fake Advertisements.
If punishment is less that it creates more chances to do corruption, accept bribes and close the cases with little fine as good as no fine if compared with the Profits.

What the Provisions Bihar CM Nitish Kumar Government is Planning to introduce or say bring in
1. Lokayukta will be a three-member body headed by a chairperson.
2. Its own investigation and prosecution wings.
3. The term of Lokayukta and members would be five years from the date of assuming office.
4. As per Bihar Lokayukta Draft – CM, All Government employees, employees of organizations, corporations and bodies receiving government grants will be investigated if the complaint is true
5. Chief Minister, former chief ministers, ministers, former ministers, legislators, former legislators, public servants, Assembly speaker and chairman of legislative council and government employees, employees of corporations or organizations receiving government grants would be under the purview of Lokayukta.
6. The expenses on the office of Lokayukta would be met from charged expenditure
7. Lokayukta chairperson or members should be of impeccable integrity, outstanding ability, having special knowledge of and professional experience of not less than 25 years in public affairs, administrative law and policy, academics, commerce and industry, law, finance or management.
8. He should not be less than 55 years of age.
9. The Governor may suspend the chairperson or any other member from office on grounds of misbehavior after the Supreme Court, on a reference being made to it by the Governor.
10. The chairperson or member shall be ineligible for re-appointment or further employment to any other office of profit under the government of India of the government of the state.
11. The selection, suspension and removal of the Lokayukta will be in government's control and therefore it will not be independent."
12. The draft also states that the Lokayukta will need permission from the government to investigate and prosecute any government officer
13. "Punishment to a complainant if he files a frivolous complaint and punishment for a corrupt officer is the same (ranging from six months to five years),"
14. "Corrupt officers will get free legal assistance from the government against the complainant."
If Government will Control the selection, suspension and removal of the Lokayukta then how can he will go against his masters that is the Government.

Understanding Food Preservation
Foods get spoilt mainly due to the presence of micro organisms, enzymes (present in foods), insects, worms, and rats.
What is Food Preservation?
Preserve means
1. to prevent from decomposition or chemical change
2. to protect from decay or dissolution
3. to prepare (food), as by freezing, drying, or salting, so that it will resist decomposition
4. keep safe - food, vegetables
5. retain quality
6. prevent decomposition or fermentation
Now let us apply this to the Food Preservation –
Food Preservation can be defined as
A process by which certain foods like fruits and vegetables are pre-vented from getting spoilt for a long period of time.
The color, taste and nutritive value of the food is also preserved.
Meaning of Spoilt –
spoilt - (of food ) not in an edible or usable condition; "
The definition says preventing
foods from getting spoilt. When you keep fruits, vegetables or left over food in the
refrigerator or in a cool place, will this be called food preservation?
No it’s not Food Preservation. By using above methods we can keep the fruits only for few days.
Food Preservation means keeping the food safe and good condition for the long period of times.
The definition of food preservation states that the preserved food should retain their
colour and taste.
This means that the colour and taste of food which is present at the time of preservation should not change.
Let us take the example of preserving grapes as raisins. Raisins are prepared by sun drying grapes. During the drying process the grapes change colour from green to brown, and taste, sweeter. However, once they are dried and stored, they do not change colour or taste.
Why to Preserve Food?
1. To save excess produce
2. To Get the taste all over the year as many fruits are seasonal like Mango
3. Once we Preserve the food that food can be enjoyed by everyone in the world if he is ready to pay – Can be Enjoyed by citizens of any country even if that fruit is not grown in that city
4. Makes Transportation Easy
5. Makes Storage Easy
How to Preserve Methi?
1. Wash methi and remove the stems.
2. Put on a cloth in the sun, cover it.
3. Cool to room temperature and store in air tight tins
Making Potato chips –
1. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut in thin round slices.
2. Put in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
3. Make a solution in cold water with 4 tsp salt, ¾ tsp potassium metabisulphite
(for 4 kg potato).
4. Put the blanched potato chips in this solution for 10 minutes.
5. Spread each chip separately on a plate in the sun. Cover with a thin cloth.
6. When dry, cool and store in air tight containers

There are two types of preservatives:-
(1) Natural Preservatives: Salt, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, oil and spices are natural

Salt is used as a preservative in pickles, chatni, sauce, canned food, etc. Salt is
rubbed on fish which helps to preserve it
Vinegar is used to preserve onions, tomato ketchup; lemon juice is used in pickles;
citric acid is used in squashes.
When you plan to preserve food –
Use Clean utensils and containers with air tight lid.
Preserving Pickle - Final Layer should be Oil so there will be no air contact
Using Frozen Vegetables –
1. Take out the frozen packet from the freezer one and a half hours or two hours

Jackson was found not breathing in his own bed in his rented mansion after being dosed intravenously with propofol, a drug normally administered in hospitals during surgery.

Los Angeles jury reached a unanimous verdict and Doctor Conrad Murray
led away in handcuffs.
He was handcuffed and taken into custody without bail until sentencing on November 29.
The doctor faces up to four years in prison.
He could also lose his medical license.
Judge Michael Pastor denied a request by Murray's lawyers to allow him to remain free while awaiting sentencing on Nov. 29. Instead the judge said, "Public safety demands that he be remanded" to jail.
The prosecution said that Murray was responsible for a lethal overdose of the anesthetic propofol.
Murray was accused of causing the singer's death by administering the powerful anesthetic propofol and not properly supervising his patients or taking proper steps after Jackson stopped breathing.
Murray has contended that Jackson gave himself the fatal dose while the doctor was out of the room.
Meaning of involuntary manslaughter –
The act of unlawfully killing another human being unintentionally.
The absence of the element of intent is the key distinguishing factor between voluntary and involuntary manslaughter.
involuntary manslaughter results from an improper use of reasonable care or skill while performing a legal act
There are two types of involuntary manslaughter statutes:
criminally negligent manslaughter and unlawful act manslaughter. Criminally negligent manslaughter occurs when death results from a high degree of negligence or recklessness. Modern criminal codes generally require a consciousness of risk and under some codes the absence of this element makes the offense a less serious Homicide.
An omission to act or a failure to perform a duty constitutes criminally negligent manslaughter.
The existence of the duty is essential. Since the law does not recognize that an ordinary person has a duty to aid or rescue another in distress, a death resulting from an ordinary person's failure to act is not manslaughter.
On the other hand, an omission by someone who has a duty, such as a failure to attempt to save a drowning person by a lifeguard, might constitute involuntary manslaughter.

The above diseases are so dangerous that I think they should live in a Hospital until the completion of Punishment.
The better option is we need the new law that the criminal should pay One American dollar to the family of person whom they killed and they should be given discharged.
After that if again they kill someone they can again pay 1 USA dollar and they be discharged.
Vikas had stayed in room number 3002 in the new private ward of AIIMS.
Which are the facilities were enjoyed by him in a 'A' category luxury room of AIIMS ?
The A-category luxury rooms in AIIMS have a
1. refrigerator,
2. two air conditioners,
3. a television set a telephone
4. an attached washroom
He stayed their for 25 days and it cost Rs. 45,000 only.
The room in which Vikas stayed cost Rs 1800 per day and the total bill for 25 days.
In 25 days he got the treatment or he underwent was physiotherapy.
Now question is who gave him Physiotherapy?
A hospital nurse or some lady not related with AIIMS.
I do not know about this.
CNN IBN reported that his main requirement, pet scan, costs only Rs 7000 but he did not get that treatment because Tihar did not pay Rs.7000 only.
When CNN IBN started the investigations suddenly without any diagnosis he was discharged from the Hospital.
Between May 2008 and February 2010, Vikas had left jail 66 times on medical grounds, of which 59 visits were to AIIMS.
Vishal had 19 visits to Batra hospital between July 2008 and June 2010, and was admitted twice for two and four months respectively for diseases
1. nausea,
2. breathlessness
3. chest pain
Why this Happens in India The real reason is that our laws are weak and no criminal fears them.
As they know that they will enjoy luxurious life even after getting Punishment whatsoever.
Our Jail system is also failed completely.
We need to reform the failed system.

Nadeem Sayeed has filed many public interest litigations in the Gujarat High Court over sanitation issues in the Juhapura.
Last year also he was attacked.
Nadeem Sayeed was one of the key witness in the Naroda Patiya case.
In this case he exposed some people who were allegedly involved in tampering of evidence.
On Saturday around 7.45 Am unidentified people attacked Nadeem Sayeed with sharp
weapons. He died on the spot.
