There are two types of iron found in our food.
The first type is haem iron, which can only be found in meat products,
second type is non-haem iron,which which can be found in plant-based foods.

A potassium rich food like beet helps our body absorb iron.

Rusted iron soup is good for increasing haemoglobin count.
Recipe is simple.
Clean a 500 gms rusted iron piece. Put in boiling water. Allow it to boil for 5minutes. Put tomatoes, salt and pepper. Remove iron piece and drink.
