Common Man representative Arvind Kejriwal is fighting for justice.
Arvind Kejriwal said that
If the government were to continue with Khurshid, his organisation would put up a disabled person against the law minister in the 2014 elections
He further said that, Salman Khurshid has shown photos which are not of the period for which the grant was given
We will give fresh proof against him tomorrow (Monday)
Following are theArvind Kejriwal's five questions for Salman Khurshid, which he did not answer
Law Minister Salman Khurshid on Sunday produced pictures and documents to prove that camps for the disabled were held, but avoided answers on some key questions.

Why a forged affidavit was submitted as first line of defense without verification?
If handicapped people claim that they never got any materials. Would you resign from the post of Law Minister and from politics as well?

Why multiple UP officials have claimed camps were not held?
Your organisation has claimed that they had conducted camps on certain dates in districts, but the UP government is saying that there were no camps conducted on the dates mentioned by you, neither was any material distributed by you.

Why multiple UP officials have claimed that, their signatures were forged?
UP government on June 12, 2012 wrote to Government of India wherein they raised question of forged signatures of scores of officers.
According to you, are these papers true or not?

What about the 'fake' letter written by UP government official recommending further funds for the trust?
Your organization had given a letter to the Government of India and the UP government in 2009-10 recommending satisfactory and good work done by your organization and was a recommendation to sanction more funds.
In this letter UP government’s special secretary Ram Raj Singh had signed. But in the reports published in the media, Ram Raj Singh had said that these were not his signatures.
Ram Raj Singh also says that the letter was written on March 24, 2011 but he retired in January 2011.
Do you agree that your organization forged the letter to get next set of grants?

Who sent the fake affidavit by CDO JB Singh, which was forwarded as proof by Khurshid?
Your organisation had produced an affidavit from a former CDO JB Singh, wherein JB Singh states that your organisation is doing good work in UP.
Whereas JB Singh says that affidavit is forged and he had not given any affidavit.
Do you agree that affidavit is forged, if yes then why did you attach forged affidavit?

सलाम खुर्शीद साहब आप हारवर्ड में पढ़ें हैं तो वहां जाकर दूसरी तरह से चापलूसी कर लेते
.प्रधानमन्त्री जी की तरह आप भी कह आते ,हिन्दुस्तानी बहुत गंवार थे आपने ही आकर सब
कुछ सिखाया .प्रधान -मंत्रीजी भी खुश हो जाते ,मेरी लाइन पे चल रहा है .आप वहां जाकर
विकलांगों को भारत के उस आम आदमी को थर्ड ग्रेड का कह आये जिसके साथ आपका हाथ
हमेशा रहता है .दीगर है की हाथ भी आपका उसकी जेब में ही रहता है .
वह आम आदमी तो आपके किये गए दुष्कर्मों के जुटाए गए प्रमाण ही दिखा रहा था .ये महज़
आरोप नहीं थे आपके दोष थे .
आप पहले पत्रकारों को अपने घर बुलातें हैं प्रेस कान्फरेन्स करते हैं फिर उन्हें कहतें हैं बाहर
निकल जाओ सबके सब .
और केजरीवाल साहब आप सलमान साहब के किए का सोनियाजी और प्रधान मंत्रीजी से क्यों

वे तो बेचारे संसद में कुछ नहीं बोलते .जिन्होनें चुप्पी को अपना हथियार बना रखा है .आप
शायद हड़बड़ाहट में भूल गए कोयला खोरी में राजा तो खुद मात खाए बैठा है .पिटे हुए मोहरे क्या
ज़वाब देंगे .वाडरागेट ने बेचारी सोनिया जी को बे -जुबां कर दिया है .
सलमान जी खुर्शीद साहब जब आदमी का अन्दर का सिस्टम गड़बड़ा जाता है ,तब वह झूठा
शपथ पत्र और तस्वीरें लेकर तो खड़ा हो जाता है लेकिन बैनर में यह भी नहीं देख पाता इनमें
तारीख कौन सी पड़ी है .
आपको संविधानिक पद पर रहते हुए पत्रकारों से बात करते वक्त संयम बरतना चाहिए था .वैसे
तो आपको और लुईस खुर्शीद को कोई नहीं जानता था कितनों को यह भी नहीं पता था आप

सरकार के क़ानून मंत्री हैं .
अब इंग्लैण्ड वाले भी जान गए साथ ही हैरान और परेशान भी हैं ,हमारे यहाँ आकर खुर्शीद जैसे

आपसे धतकर्म करवाले ,फिर उसका फायदा उठाए .आर्थिक लाभ प्राप्त करे .वह तो आपके काले
कारनामे ही उजागर कर रहें हैं .
आप कृपया ऐसी भाषा बोलकर अपना स्तर न गिरायें .आप मृदु भाषा के लिए जाने जाते हैं

क़ानून की ही भाषा बोलें .पत्रकारों को आप कह रहें हैं कचहरी में देख लूंगा .देख लेंगे तो देख ही
लेना फिर धमकी क्यों दे रहें हैं .
आपकी ब्लेक-टार -निश्ड पर्सनालिटी को सिर्फ इक्स्पोज़ किया गया है .पत्रकारों ने तो आपने
स्पष्टीकरण का मौक़ा ही दिया था .आप अपने होशो हवाश न खोइए ,खुद को संभालिये प्लीज़
.हम बेहद चिंतित हैं . आपके उस बयान पर जो आपने एक न्यूज़ चैनल को दिए साक्षात पर
दोहराया जिसमें आपने केजरीवाल को गन्दी नाली का कीड़ा कहा था ,जब चैनल ने आपको याद
दिलाया की आप तो अपनी विनम्र भाषा के लिए जाने जाते हैं तो आप विफर कर बोले गन्दी
नाली का कीड़ा उसे न कहूं तो क्या भारत रत्न कहूं ,कहूं की नेहरु के बाद सबसे बड़े चिन्तक
केजरीवाल ही हुए हैं।
मंत्री महोदय यह बात आप बिलकुल सच कह रहें हैं केजरीवाल साहब भारत रत्न नहीं हैं
रिमोटिया सरकार के नवरत्न कौन कौन हैं अब यह सारा देश जानता है . विश्व रत्न और रत्न
मणि कौन है यह भी .

I support the anti-corruption initiatives taken by Arvind Kejriwal. There were a few people who wrote to The Hindu (newspaper) that by entering politics, Arvind Kejriwal has lost the cause.
But now, I am more convinced that the anti-corruption cause has been strengthened by his recent initiatives. We look forward for more. At least one man and his organization is doing something against corruption.
Instead of criticizing him, people should come out and support him like how they supported the initial India Against Corruption fast by Anna Hazareji.

it won't be a surprise if people like Khurshid escapes from this trial as well .. everybody is fighting to save his own seat and position .. so hardly i see anyone rising against corruption ..
