SC ST to get Promotion in Reservation Government to amend constitution of India Bring amendment law


 
Thursday –

Congress Government assured Parliament that a Constitutional Amendment Bill will be introduced on August 22 to ensure promotion to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes working in the government.

Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office V Narayanasamy said that
The Prime Minister will call a meeting of leaders of all political parties on 21st of this month to discuss the issue of SC/ST reservation.
On August 22, the government will be able to bring the Bill in the House,”


Three months back intelligent honorable Supreme Court of India
ruled that reservation-based promotions for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (STs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in government jobs in Uttar Pradesh were unconstitutional,

On April 27, upholding a bunch of petitions filed by general category employees, the Supreme Court had set aside the 2008 decision of then Mayawati government in Uttar Pradesh to provide reservation benefits for SCs, STs and OBCs in promotions to higher posts.

While quashing the decision, the court had ruled that the decision had been taken without any sufficient data to justify the move to promote employees on caste basis.

This is another idea to win votes and divide Indians on the basis of caste.

When salary is equal why there is need for Promotion?

Today many open category Indian citizens are living in poverty; their kids also study hard and get the government job who will fight for their rights in the Promotion.

Promotion should be given only to the deserving candidate and not on the basis of caste.

Lest start to demand Reserve position of Prime Minister for the SC, ST and OBC for next 1000 Years.

Or Start to demand economic reservation in everything.

Let us hope Supreme Court of India will declare such amendment unconstitutional.
