Black Buck Killing Case Trial to start against Salman Khan Bollywood star accused of killing them
Bollywood Star Salman Khan and others have been accused of poaching two Black Bucks in the intervening night of 1-2 October 1998 in Kankani village near Jodhpur during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain.

Now trial will start in lower court - Year 2012
The lower court had framed charges under
Section 51 of Wildlife Act,
Section 27 Arms Act
Section 148 of IPC against Salman Khan
Section 52 of wildlife Act,
147 of IPC and 149 of IPC read with section 51 of Wildlife Act against others.
After that, revision petition was filed in the Sessions Court and then session’s court retained only charges of Wildlife Act.
After this State Government filed an appeal in the High Court.
Now after 14 years High Court has revised the charges.
High Court has held that Salman Khan will be charged under Section 51 of Wildlife Act and Section 149 of IPC (Unlawful assembly)
Section 51 of Wildlife Act carries jail sentence up to three years or fine or both.

Under section 52 ( Attempts to contravene, or abet the contravention of, any of the provisions of this Act) of Wildlife Act and section 149 of IPC against others
After this now in Lower court, case will start under Section 51 of Wildlife Act, and Section 149 of IPC against Salman Khan and under section 52 of Wildlife Act and section 149 of IPC against others.
Then after 5 or 10 years lower court judgment will come, then appeal will be filed in sessions court it will take 5 to 10 years, then appeal will be filed in High court it will take 10 years, then again revision petition, thus justice will never happen.
Justice delayed is Justice Denied.
Same story happens in every case in India if one is rich and got money to spend.
