RIP Sarabjit Singh dies in Pakistan Jinnah Hospital
Indian citizen Sarabjit Singh died in hospital.
In high security jail he was attacked by other criminals and later he was admitted in Hospital
He was admitted in Jinnah Hospital.
He was convicted of alleged involvement in a string of bomb attacks in Punjab province that killed 14 people in 1990 and spent about 22 years in Pakistani prisons.
His mercy petitions were rejected by the courts and former President Pervez Musharraf.
I do not know Indian government provided him legal assistance or not in 22 years of period to fight the legal battle in Pakistan.

22 years...I watched his sister speaking after coming back from Pakistan. Even I wonder if our govt. did anything to help him in any way.
