Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar Retires from One Day Cricket
Today Sachin Tendulkar announced retirement from ODI format
Tendulkar made his ODI debut against Pakistan in 1989.
Sachin Tendulkar in statement said, "I have decided to retire from the One-Day format of the game.
I feel blessed to have fulfilled the dream of being part of a World Cup wining Indian team.
The preparatory process to defend the World Cup in 2015 should begin early and in right earnest
I would like to wish the team all the very best for the future.
I am eternally grateful to all my well-wishers for their unconditional support and love over the years

ReplyDeleteYes, at last! I hope he doesn't make a comeback tomorrow because 'whole nation' wants it or something. I do have a lot of respect for his game and his spirit. But, he should leave way for youngsters to get into the game. Especially when there are so many talented youngsters who could be groomed to his stature.
