RTI MCD Spent Rs.12 Crore to make website no Website in 8 Years time

An RTI query has shown that in the last eight years, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi [MCD] has spent close to Rs 12 crore in making its website and even then, the site is yet to be completed.

RTI activist Harpal Rana told to CNNIBN that

I asked MCD officers to give me some information but they told me it is in files and the website is still not complete.


Rs.12 Crore   for a website Time Period = 8 Years


Final Result = No website Incomplete Website

Can anyone please write how many zeroes are in 12 Crore in comment?
